The present invention provides a transparent soundproof panel used for a soundproof wall installed in one side of a road or a median strip, and a soundproof tunnel. The present invention relates to the soundproof panel with a diffracted sound reducing means capable of enhancing an effect of reducing not only a direct sound, but also diffracted sound by applying a sound absorbing function, and an interfering function to the transparent soundproof panel having a direct sound reflecting function only. Disclosed is the soundproof panel with a diffracted sound reducing means characterized by including single soundproof panel frames installed to vertically and horizontally be assembled; and the diffracted sound reducing means, as the transparent soundproof panel including a panel assembled between the soundproof panel frames, having one end inserted into one surface of the soundproof panel frame and an other end protruding forwards, cutting off sound transmitted upwards along the panel stage by stage.
본 발명은 도로의 편측 또는 중앙분리대에 설치되는 방음벽 및 방음터널에 사용되는 투명 방음판을 제공하되, 직접 소음의 반사 기능만을 가지고 있는 투명 방음판에 흡음기능과 간섭기능을 갖도록 하여 직접 소음뿐 아니라 회절소음에 대한 감소효과를 증대 시키도록 한 회절소음저감수단을 갖는 방음판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상하/좌우 조립 가능하게 설치되는 단일 방음판프레임와; 상기 방음판프레임의 사이에 조립되는 패널을 포함하는 투명 방음판으로서, 일단이 상기 방음판프레임의 일면에 삽입 가능하게 설치되고, 타단에 전방으로 돌출 가능하게 설치되어 상기 패널에서 상승되는 소음을 단계별로 상쇄시키는 회절소음저감수단을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회절소음저감수단을 갖는 방음판을 개시한다.
