Elastic bearing for easy maintenance
Disclosed is an elastic bearing easy to maintain, capable of absorbing a large horizontal impact force without a protrusion part, called as a wedge, and breakage of a member when the large impact force is applied, preventing an upper plate from being damaged when the upper plate welded on an upper structure is put out and welded again, and largely reducing the size of the upper and lower plates in comparison with a conventional elastic bearing. According to the present invention, the elastic bearing easy to maintain comprises a plurality of first end part support units installed on either or both of the upper and lower plates, and inwardly supporting an end part of an elastic rubber body from an opposite side to both sides of the elastic rubber bodies. The first end part support unit comprises: a first slot support part installed on any one from the upper and lower plates, having a first directional slot formed in a direction facing the elastic rubber body, and supporting an end part of the elastic rubber body; and a first pressing fixture coupled to any one through a first directional slot with a space for the first directional slot left between the first pressing fixture and the elastic rubber body so as to press the first slot support part towards the any one and fix the same to the any one.
일명 "쐐기"라고도 불리는 돌출부의 설치 없이도 큰 수평 충격력이 작용하는 경우 부재의 파손 없이 큰 수평 충격력을 흡수할 수 있고, 상부구조물에 용접된 상부판을 떼어내고 다시 용접하는 과정에서 상부판이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 종래의 탄성받침에 비해 상부판과 하부판의 크기를 크게 줄일 수 있는 유지관리가 용이한 탄성받침이 개시된다. 상기 유지관리가 용이한 탄성받침은 하부판과 상기 상부판 중 적어도 어느 하나에 설치되고 상기 고무탄성체 양측의 반대편에서 고무탄성체의 단부를 내측을 향해 각각 지지하는 복수 개의 제1단부지지 유닛을 포함하고, 상기 제1단부지지 유닛은, 상기 어느 하나에 설치되고 상기 고무탄성체를 향하는 방향으로 형성된 제1방향 슬롯을 가지며 상기 고무탄성체의 단부를 지지하는 제1슬롯지지부 및 상기 고무탄성체와의 사이에 상기 제1방향 슬롯의 공간을 남겨두고 상기 제1방향 슬롯을 통해 상기 어느 하나에 결합되어 상기 제1슬롯지지부를 상기 어느 하나를 향해 가압하여 상기 어느 하나에 고정하는 제1가압고정구를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
