Elastic bearing for easy maintenance with a slope resistance function
Disclosed is an easy-to-maintain slope-resistant elastic support, which allows a position of an upper or lower plate to be easily moved with respect to a rubber elastic body when excessive shear deformation occurs in the rubber elastic body, thereby restoring the rubber elastic body, supporting the rubber elastic body with great force, and stably supporting the rubber elastic body with a large area. The easy-to-maintain slope-resistant elastic support comprises: a first wedge slot member which is installed on either the lower plate or the upper plate, has a first direction slot formed in a direction facing the rubber elastic body, and has a first inclined surface with a height gradually decreasing toward the outside of the rubber elastic body with respect to either the lower plate or the upper plate; a first inclined pressure member which has a second inclined surface with a height gradually increasing toward the outside of the rubber elastic body with respect to the remainder of the lower plate or the upper plate, is mounted on the first wedge slot member, and has a first fastening hole; and a first pressure fixture which is inserted into the first direction slot through the first fastening hole and coupled to either the lower plate or the upper plate to pressurize the first wedge slot member toward either the lower plate or the upper plate through the first inclined pressure member to pressurize the first wedge slot member toward the rubber elastic body by component force due to an interaction between the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface.
고무탄성체에 과다 전단변형이 발생한 경우, 고무탄성체에 대한 상부판 또는 하부판의 위치를 쉽게 이동시켜 고무탄성체를 복원할 수 있으면서도 고무탄성체를 큰 힘으로 받쳐줄 수 있고, 넓은 면적으로 고무탄성체의 측면을 안정적으로 지지할 수 있는 유지관리가 용이한 경사저항 탄성받침이 개시된다. 상기 유지관리가 용이한 경사저항 탄성받침은 하부판과 상부판 중 어느 하나에 설치되고 고무탄성체를 향하는 방향으로 형성된 제1방향 슬롯을 가지며, 상기 고무탄성체에서 바깥으로 갈수록 상기 어느 하나에 대한 높이가 점점 작아지는 제1경사면을 구비하는 제1쐐기형 슬롯부재, 고무탄성체에서 바깥으로 갈수록 하부판과 상부판 중 나머지 하나에 대한 높이가 점점 커지는 제2경사면을 구비하여 제1쐐기형 슬롯부재 상에 장착되며 제1체결공이 형성된 제1경사가압부재 및 상기 제1체결공을 통해 상기 제1방향 슬롯에 삽입되고 상기 어느 하나에 결합되어 상기 제1경사가압부재를 통해 상기 제1쐐기형 슬롯부재를 상기 어느 하나를 향해 가압함으로써 상기 제1경사면과 상기 제2경사면의 상호 작용으로 인한 수평분력에 의해 상기 제1쐐기형 슬롯부재를 상기 고무탄성체를 향해 가압하도록 하는 제1가압고정구를 포함하는 구성을 한다.
