WEDGE ANCHORAGE WITH SEPARABLE BOLT AND TENDON ANCHORAGING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an anchoring wedge having a separated bolt and a method for constructing a tension material using the same, wherein the anchoring wedge is capable of more efficiently controlling tension by separating a fixed wedge, which is fixed to a fixing unit by surrounding a tension material, from the fixing unit by using a detachable bolt. The anchoring wedge having a separated bolt comprises: a fixing unit having an inner groove formed to communicate with a fixing hole where a fixing wedge is mounted; a mounting wedge fixed to the fixing hole of the fixing unit, and including a bolt hole which is a horizontal hole extended to be exposed to the outside through an upper surface and an inner part, and a coupling unit formed in the middle of the bolt hole; and a bolt body part inserted into a bolt hole formed on the mounting wedge as a rod member having a coupling hole formed in the middle to screw-move while being engaged and rotated with the coupling part of the mounting wedge, wherein a region where the front end part is formed is exposed to an inner groove.
긴장재를 감싸 정착구에 정착되는 정착용쐐기를 간단하게 분리형볼트를 이용하여 정착구로부터 분리시킬 수 있어 긴장력 조절등에 보다 효율적인 작업이 가능한 분리형볼트를 구비한 정착용쐐기 및 이를 이용한 긴장재 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 분리형볼트를 구비한 정착용쐐기는 정착용쐐기가 정착되는 정착홀에 연통하도록 형성된 내측홈이 구비된 정착구; 상기 정착구의 정착홀 정착되는 것으로서, 상면과 내부를 경유하여 외부로 노출되도록 연장 형성된 수평홀인 볼트홀과 볼트홀 중간에 형성된 체결부를 포함하는 정착용쐐기; 및 상기 정착용쐐기의 체결부에 물려 회전하면서 나사 이동되는 체결구가 중간에 형성된 봉부재로서 정착용쐐기에 형성된 볼트홀에 삽입되어 선단부가 형성된 부위는 내측홈에 노출되도록 형성된 볼트몸통부를 포함하는 분리형볼트를 포함한다.
