COUPLER APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING REINFORCING BAR USING SLEEVE WITH FLAT INTERNAL THREAD AND REINFORCING BAR CONNECTING METHOD USING THE SAME
Provided are a coupler apparatus for connecting a reinforcing bar using a sleeve that has a flat type female thread and a method for connecting a reinforcing bar using the same. The coupler apparatus enables first and second reinforcing bars to be easily connected by a fastener for applying torque to the first and second reinforcing bars in response to the rotation and progression of the sleeve having a flat type female thread, and is applicable to a reinforcing bar size with various types of diameters capable of being inserted into a fastener body. Moreover, a liquid capsule is fixed to the end portion of the fastener having a flat type female thread to emit liquid in the liquid capsule when predetermined torque is applied so that filed inspection is possible as proper torque is checked with naked eyes. In particular, a reinforcing bar with a large diameter can be additionally fixed with epoxy.
평탄형 암나사산을 갖는 슬리브의 회전 및 진행에 대응하여 제1 및 제2 철근에 토크를 가하는 조임쇠를 이용하여 제1 및 제2 철근을 용이하게 연결할 수 있고, 조임쇠 몸체 내에 삽입 가능한 다양한 지름을 갖는 철근 크기에 적용할 수 있고, 또한, 평탄형 수나사산을 갖는 조임쇠의 단부에 액체 캡슐을 고정하여 소정 토크가가해질 경우 액체 캡슐 내의 액체를 분출시킴으로써, 적정한 토크를 육안으로 확인하여 현장 검사가 가능하며, 특히, 대구경의 철근의 경우, 에폭시 등으로 추가 고정할 수 있는, 평탄형 암나사산을 갖는 슬리브를 이용한 철근 연결용 커플러 장치 및 이를 이용한 철근이음 방법이 제공된다.
