Floor structure with sound and vibration insulation function
The present invention relates to a floor structure with a sound and vibration insulation function and, more specifically, to a floor structure for a multistory building with a sound and vibration insulation function. The floor structure with a sound and vibration insulation function comprises: a floor layer unit forming a floor of a multistory building, and having a pipe for heating buried therein; an inter-floor impact damping device arranged on an upper portion of the floor layer unit to have a heat insulation function, damping an impact and a noise in accordance with the impact, and damping transmission of vibration in accordance with the impact and an external force; a heat insulating material arranged on an upper portion of the inter-floor impact damping device; a finishing material arranged on an upper portion of the heat insulating material; and a reinforcing damping device to re-damp noise and vibration transmitted from an upper portion arranged on a lower portion of the floor layer unit. The inter-floor impact damping device with embedded sound-absorbing balls is installed on the upper portion of the floor layer unit dividing a side of a building, and the reinforcing damping device with a sound-absorbing pipe and a connection pipe is installed on the lower portion to reduce noise, damp vibration in accordance with the impact, and realize heat insulation. The floor structure is formed in a stacked structure to facilitate construction, maintenance, and repair.
본 발명은 다층건물용 방음방진기능을 갖는 바닥구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 방음 및 방진기능을 갖는 다층건물용 바닥구조로서, 다층건물의 층을 이루도록 형성되며 내부에는 난방용 배관이 매립된 바닥층부와, 상기 바닥층부의 상부에 배치되어, 단열기능을 갖으며 충격을 완화시킴과 충격에 따른 소음을 저감시키고, 충격 및 외력에 따른 진동이 전달되는 것을 완화시키는 층간충격완화장치와, 상기 층간충격완화장치의 상부에 배치되는 단열재와, 상기 단열재의 상부에 배치되는 마감재와, 상기 바닥층부의 하부에 배치되는 상부에서 전달되는 소음과 진동을 재차 완화시키는 보강완화장치로 이루어져, 건축물의 측을 구분하는 바닥층부의 상부에 흡음볼들이 내장된 층간충격완화장치를 설치하고, 하부에 흡음관과 연결관이 마련된 보강완화장치를 설치하여 소음을 저감시킴과 아울러 충격에 따른 진동을 완화시키게 됨과 아울러 단열이 되도록 하고, 적층구조로 이루어져 있어 시공 및 유지보수가 용이한 효과가 있다.
