Provided are a repairing layer for repairing a crack of a concrete structure and a method thereof The method induces uniform solidification of a repairing layer filled in a crack, continuously maintains precision for a long time to prevent penetration of moisture and air, and prevents a swelling phenomenon caused by a steam pressure. In the repairing layer and the method, the repairing layer includes a repairing material and a plurality of non-woven fabric powders having pores deposited with the repairing material. The non-woven fabric powder is a grain shape formed by pulverization of laminated non-woven fabric sheets. The repairing material inside the non-woven fabric powder and the repairing material outside the non-woven fabric powder are combined with each other.

크랙에 충진되는 보수층의 균일한 고화를 유도하고, 장기간 동안 치밀성을 계속 유지하여 수분 및 공기의 침투를 방지하여 증기압에 의한 부풀음 현상이 일어나지 않도록 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙 보수를 위한 보수층 및 그 보수방법을 제시한다. 그 보수층 및 방법은 보수층은 보수제 및 상기 보수제가 담지되는 다공이 존재하는 복수개의 부직포 분말을 포함하고, 부직포 분말은 적층 부직포 시트가 분쇄되어 이루어진 알갱이 형태이며, 부직포 분말 내의 보수제 및 부직포 분말 외부의 보수제는 서로 결합된 상태이다.
