Eco-Friendly Surface-Protection Coating Composition and Protecting and Repairing Methods of Concrete Structure Using Thereof
The present invention provides an environmentally friendly surface protective coating agent composition and a construction method to protect and repair a concrete structure using the same. The environmentally friendly surface protective coating agent composition includes: 5-30 parts by weight of a silane compound; 1-10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 1-10 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate; 5-30 parts by weight of anion emulsifier; 1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1-5 parts by weight of calcium nitrate; 1-30 parts by weight of caustic soda; 15-50 parts by weight of a curing agent; 1-25 parts by weight of a dispersant; 5-20 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 5-15 parts by weight of a repair agent; 1-20 parts by weight of a thickener; 0.5-5 parts by weight of preservative; 1-30 parts by weight of pigment; and 50-150 parts by weight of solvent based on 100 parts by weight of acrylic resin. According to the present invention, the environmentally friendly surface protective coating agent composition has effects of: forming a coating film, which is environmentally friendly without discharging harmful substances and is stable physically and chemically, on the surface of an object to form a coating film; and preventing salt damage and improving neutralization prevention ability, waterproof properties, corrosion resistance and so on.
본 발명은 아크릴 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 실란화합물 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸페놀에톡실레이트 1 내지 10중량부; 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 1 내지 10중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 30중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 질산칼슘 1 내지 5중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 30중량부; 경화제 15 내지 50중량부; 분산제 1 내지 25중량부; 가소제 5 내지 20중량부; 보수제 5 내지 15중량부; 증점제 1 내지 20중량부; 방부제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 안료 1 내지 30중량부; 및 용제 50 내지 150중량부를 포함하는 친환경 표면보호 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보호 및 보수 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 표면보호 코팅제 조성물은 유해물질을 배출하지 않아 친환경적이면서도 도막을 형성하기 위한 대상표면에 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하고, 염해, 중성화 방지, 방수성, 내부식성 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
