Recycling aggregate composition using waste sludge and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a recycled aggregate composition developed for recycling sludge, which is industrial waste, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The recycled aggregate composition contains 70 to 90 wt% of an inorganic sludge mixture and 10 to 30 wt% of an inorganic adhesive material, so as to be sufficiently cured at room temperature without a sintering process at a high temperature, and thus economic costs may be reduced. Recycled aggregate manufactured by the manufacturing process may exhibit the compressive strength required for aggregate for construction such as lightweight aggregate, heavy aggregate, and the like.
본 발명은 산업 폐기물인 오니류를 재활용하기 위하여 개발된 순환골재 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 무기성 오니 혼합물 70 내지 90중량% 및 무기질 교착 재료 10 내지 30중량%를 포함하여 고온의 소성과정 없이 상온에서도 충분히 양생이 가능하므로 경제적 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 이러한 제조공정으로 제조된 순환골재는 경량 골재 및 중량 골재 등 건설용 골재에서 요구하는 압축강도를 발현할 수 있다.
