CONCRETE COMPOSITION USING WASTE AGGREGATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a concrete composition including waste aggregate and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a concrete composition and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of including the waste aggregate corresponding to construction waste generated in a process of demolishing an old building and improving physical properties of the waste aggregate. The concrete composition including waste aggregate according to the present invention comprises: 350 parts by weight of Portland cement; 600-1,200 parts by weight of sand with a particle diameter of less than 5 mm; 600-1,200 parts by weight of coarse waste aggregate with a particle diameter of 5-25 mm; 1-10 parts by weight of a restorative agent for increasing density of the coarse waste aggregate; 1-10 parts by weight of a water-reducing agent; and 0.01-0.3 parts by weight of an air-entraining agent for improving freezing and melting resistance.
본 발명은 폐골재를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 낡은 건축물 등을 철거하는 과정에서 발생하는 건설폐기물에 해당하는 폐골재를 포함하면서도 이러한 폐골재의 물리적 특성이 개선된 콘크리트 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐골재를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물은, 포틀랜드 시멘트 350 중량부, 그리고 입경 5mm 미만의 모래 600 ~ 1200 중량부, 그리고 입경 5 ~ 25mm의 굵은 폐골재 600 ~ 1200 중량부, 그리고 상기 굵은 폐골재의 밀도를 증가시키는 복원제 1 ~ 10 중량부, 그리고 감수제 1 ~ 10 중량부, 그리고 동결 융해 저항성을 향상시키는 공기연행제 0.01 ~ 0.3 중량부를 포함한다.
