Safety device for fall prevention of steel tower
The present invention relates to a safety device for steel tower fall prevention and a method for manufacturing the same. With the present invention, handle and foot plate functions can be satisfactorily fulfilled during walking up and down a steel tower, a safety rope can be hung on a steel tower at all times, and a fall prevention function based on the safety rope can be satisfactorily fulfilled. The safety device for steel tower fall prevention includes a screw rod installed on a post frame of a steel tower so that a safety rope is hung and coupled to the post frame; a foot plate installed at an end of the screw rod; and a rope hanger installed at an end of the foot plate and wound in a coil shape. The method for manufacturing a safety device for steel tower fall prevention includes a step of forming a screw rod by processing a male screw on one outer peripheral surface of a round bar; a step of processing one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the other outer peripheral surface of the screw rod into a flat surface and forming an anti-slippery groove in the flat surface; a step of forming a connecting foot plate by processing at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of a square rod into a flat surface and bonding the connecting foot plate to the other end of the screw rod; and a step of forming a rope hanger by winding a steel core in a coil shape by at least one rotation and bonding the rope hanger to an end of the connecting foot plate.
본 발명은 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 철탑을 오르내릴 때 손잡이와 발판 역할을 제대로 수행할 수 있고 안전로프를 철탑에 상시 걸어놓을 수 있으며 안전로프를 통한 추락방지 기능을 제대로 수행할 수 있는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 철탑의 지주프레임에 설치되어 안전로프를 걸기 위한 것으로, 상기 지주프레임에 체결되는 나사봉; 상기 나사봉의 단부에 설치되는 발판; 및 상기 발판의 단부에 설치되고 코일형태로 감긴 로프걸이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치와, 환봉의 일측 외주면에 수나사를 가공하여 나사봉을 형성하는 단계; 상기 나사봉의 타측 외주면 상부면과 하부면 중의 하나를 평면으로 가공하고 상기 평면에 미끄럼방지홈을 형성시키는 단계; 각봉의 상면과 하면 중의 적어도 하나를 평면으로 가공하여 연결발판을 형성하고 상기 연결발판을 상기 나사봉의 타단에 접합하는 단계; 및 강심을 적어도 1회전 이상 코일형태로 감아 로프걸이를 형성하고 상기 로프걸이를 상기 연결발판의 단부에 접합하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to a safety device for steel tower fall prevention and a method for manufacturing the same. With the present invention, handle and foot plate functions can be satisfactorily fulfilled during walking up and down a steel tower, a safety rope can be hung on a steel tower at all times, and a fall prevention function based on the safety rope can be satisfactorily fulfilled. The safety device for steel tower fall prevention includes a screw rod installed on a post frame of a steel tower so that a safety rope is hung and coupled to the post frame; a foot plate installed at an end of the screw rod; and a rope hanger installed at an end of the foot plate and wound in a coil shape. 본 발명은 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 철탑을 오르내릴 때 손잡이와 발판 역할을 제대로 수행할 수 있고 안전로프를 철탑에 상시 걸어놓을 수 있으며 안전로프를 통한 추락방지 기능을 제대로 수행할 수 있는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 철탑의 지주프레임에 설치되어 안전로프를 걸기 위한 것으로, 상기 지주프레임에 체결되는 나사봉; 상기 나사봉의 단부에 설치되는 발판; 및 상기 발판의 단부에 설치되고 코일형태로 감긴 로프걸이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치와, 환봉의 일측 외주면에 수나사를 가공하여 나사봉을 형성하는 단계; 상기 나사봉의 타측 외주면 상부면과 하부면 중의 하나를 평면으로 가공하고 상기 평면에 미끄럼방지홈을 형성시키는 단계; 각봉의 상면과 하면 중의 적어도 하나를 평면으로 가공하여 연결발판을 형성하고 상기 연결발판을 상기 나사봉의 타단에 접합하는 단계; 및 강심을 적어도 1회전 이상 코일형태로 감아 로프걸이를 형성하고 상기 로프걸이를 상기 연결발판의 단부에 접합하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
