The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing falling of a steel tower, including a quick pin. According to the present invention, the safety device for preventing falling of a steel tower can improve work convenience. According to the present invention, the safety device for preventing falling of a steel tower, including the quick pin, comprises: a bolt connection member (20) having a bolt insertion hole (21) on one side and a quick pin installation hole (22) connected to the bolt insertion hole (21) on a side, wherein a part of a bolt body (2a) on one side of a footboard bolt (2) fixed to a pillar frame (1) and a bolt head (2b) of an end on the one side are inserted into the bolt insertion hole (21); the quick pin (30) connected to the quick pin installation hole (22) by a screw and preventing separation of the bolt connection member (20) by being hung on the bolt head (2b) of the footboard bolt (2) inserted into the bolt insertion hole (21); and a rope hanger (10) formed in a coil shape spiral upwards while one end of the rope hanger (10) is connected to one side of the bolt connection member (20).
본 발명은 퀵핀이 구비된 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 퀵핀이 구비된 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치는, 지주프레임(1)에 일측이 나사결합되어 있는 볼트몸체(2a)와, 상기 볼트몸체(2a)의 타측 단부에 형성되어 있고 볼트몸체(2a) 외경보다 큰 외경을 이루는 육각형 형태의 볼트머리(2b)로 이루어진 발판볼트(2)가 구비되어 있는 철탑(3)에 안전로프를 걸도록 이루어진 철탑 추락방지용 안전장치에 있어서, 일측에 지주프레임(1)에 고정된 발판볼트(2)의 타측 볼트몸체(2a) 일부와 타측 단부의 볼트머리(2b)가 끼워지는 볼트삽입홀(21)이 형성되어 있고, 측면에는 상기 볼트삽입홀(21)과 연통되는 퀵핀설치홀(22)이 형성되어 있는 볼트연결부재(20)와; 상기 퀵핀설치홀(22)에 나사결합되어 상기 볼트삽입홀(21)에 끼워진 발판볼트(2)의 볼트머리(2b)에 걸려 상기 볼트연결부재(20)의 이탈을 방지하는 퀵핀(30)과; 일단이 상기 볼트연결부재(20)의 일측에 연결된 채 상방향으로 나선형을 이루는 코일 형태를 취하는 로프걸이(10);를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 작업자가 안전로프를 걸기 위해 일일히 발판볼트를 지주프레임에서 분리하고 다시 체결하는 불편함 없이 발판볼트에 볼트연결부재를 간단히 체결하여 안전로프를 로프걸이에 걸어 연속적으로 작업할 수 있게 함으로써 작업 편의를 향상시킬 수 있게 되고, 볼트연결부재의 볼트삽입홀을 확경부와 축경부가 연속된 구조로 형성함으로써 M16, M20 등 서로 다른 규격의 발판볼트마다 별도의 안전장치를 사용할 필요 없이 한 종류의 안전장치를 이용하여 로프 걸이 작업을 할 수 있게 되며, 지주프레임에 설치되어 있는 발판볼트의 볼트머리는 조임의 정도에 따라 각기 다른 각도를 취하게 되는데, 볼트연결부재의 볼트삽입홀 내주면이 육각형의 볼트머리가 끼워지는 각진 구조를 취하되, 육각이 아닌 12각, 18각, 24각 등으로 형성됨으로써 볼트머리의 각도에 따라 각도를 조절하여 끼움으로써 상시 로프걸이가 지면에 대해 수직하거나, 수직에 근접한 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
