CLIP FOR DECK CONSTRUCTING AND DECK STRUCTURE USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a clip to construct a deck and a deck structure using the same, and the objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of being difficult to construct a wood deck and requiring a lot of working hours since the wood deck is fixed by a bolt, a screw, a nail, and the like, exposing a fixing means to the outside of the wood deck to deteriorate appearance, and being affected by surroundings in accordance with weather such that the fixing means is lifted and causes an accident. According to the present invention, the clip to construct a deck comprises: a lower surface (11) having a rectangular shape and having a plurality of embossments protruding from an upper part; both side surfaces (12, 13) vertically formed on both sides of the lower surface (11) in a rectangular shape, having a groove (18) formed on the outside and a protrusion part (19) formed on the inside, which are integrally formed in a longitudinal direction by a press, and having both edges finished by a diagonal or curved line; and a rectangular insertion plate (15) horizontally formed to the outside on the upper part of a neck part (14), which is vertically formed on the upper part of both the side surfaces (12, 13). Accordingly, construction and dismantling are simple and easy, thereby remarkably reducing working hours and installation costs, and increasing price and product competitiveness in comparison with a product of other companies.
본 발명은 데크 시공용 클립 및 이를 이용한 데크 구조물에 관한 것으로, 볼트나 나사, 못 등을 이용하여 목재데크를 고정하기 때문에 시공이 어려우면서 작업시간이 많이 소요되고, 고정수단이 목재데크의 외부로 노출되어져 외관상 미려치 못하며, 특히 기후에 따른 주변영향을 받아 고정수단이 솟아오르면서 안전사고의 원인이 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 데크 시공용 클립은, 사각형 형상을 가지며 상부에 복수의 엠보싱(17)이 돌출 형성된 하면(11); 상기 하면(11)의 양쪽에 사각형 형상으로 수직 형성되고, 프레스에 의해 바깥쪽에 홈(18)이, 안쪽에 돌출부(19)가 길이 방향으로 일체로 형성되고, 양쪽 모서리가 대각선 또는 곡선으로 마감 처리된 양쪽 측면(12,13); 및 상기 양쪽 측면(12,13)의 상부에 수직으로 형성된 목부(14)의 상부에 바깥쪽을 향하여 수평으로 형성된 사각형 끼움판(15);을 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 따르면, 시공 및 분해가 간단하고 용이하여 작업시간과 설치비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있고, 타사 제품과의 가격 및 제품 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.
