CLIP ASSEMBING DECK AND COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF DECK USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a clip to assemble a deck and a deck coupling structure using the same, and the objective of the present invention is to solve problems that a fixing means, such as a nail, a screw, and the like, is used to take a long working time while making construction difficult, the fixing means is exposed to the outside of a wood deck to form a bad appearance, and the fixing means is lifted off by receiving surrounding effect caused by climate to be a cause of an accident. According to the present invention, the deck coupling structure comprises: a deck (110) having an insertion groove (112) inwardly formed on both side surfaces; a horizontal beam (101) allowing the deck (110) to be installed on an upper part and arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval; and a first clip (120) installed by inserting a flat U-shaped body into the horizontal beam (101) from an upper part to a lower part, inserting an L-shaped insertion part (125) formed on the upper part of both side surfaces (121, 122) of the body into the insertion groove (112) of the deck (110) installed on both sides to be coupled. Accordingly, construction and disassembly are simple and easy, thereby remarkably reducing a working time and installation costs, and increasing price and product compatibility with respect to a product of other companies.
본 발명은 데크 조립용 클립 및 이를 이용한 데크 결합구조물에 관한 것으로, 못이나 나사 등의 고정수단을 이용하여 목재데크를 고정하기 때문에 시공이 어려우면서 작업시간이 많이 소요되고, 고정수단이 목재데크의 외부로 노출되어져 외관상 좋지 못하며, 특히 기후에 따른 주변영향을 받아 고정수단이 솟아오르면서 안전사고의 원인이 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.본 발명의 데크 결합구조물은, 양쪽 측면에 내측으로 끼움홈(112)이 형성된 데크(110); 상기 데크(110)가 상부에 설치되며, 소정의 간격으로 평행하게 배치된 수평보(101); 및 상기 수평보(101)에형상의 몸체를 아래에서 위로 끼워서 설치하며, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면(121,122) 상부에 각각 형성된형상의 끼움부(125)를 양쪽에 설치되는 데크(110)의 끼움홈(112)에 끼워서 결합하는 제1클립(120);를 포함하고 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 시공 및 분해가 간단하고 용이하여 작업시간과 설치비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있고, 타사 제품과의 가격 및 제품 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다.
