The present invention relates to a molding unit of a roof body for a sunshade, comprising: a center bar fixed and fastened to the upper portion of a sunshade frame; one pair of fixing plates protruded laterally from both sides of the center bar and coming into contact with the end portions facing each other on respective sunshade plates in order to support one pair of the sunshade plates arranged at both sides of the center bar and mounted on the upper portion of the sunshade frame; and holding modules having elastic members mounted on the fixing plates and pressing and fixing the sunshade plates through the elastic members, wherein each of the fixing plates has an empty space part therein and an intermediate plate formed to cross the space part arranged to be spaced from the upper surface of the sunshade plate, and the holding module includes one pair of fitting holes formed through the intermediate plate vertically and arranged laterally, a U-shaped elastic member having both ends inserted into respective fitting holes so as to be exposed upward and a middle portion arranged in the space part formed between the intermediate plate and the sunshade plate, and an adjustment bolt fastened to the open both ends of the elastic member so as to adjust the elastic force with respect to the middle portion of the elastic member during the fastening or releasing operation thereof, such that if the adjustment bolt is fastened, the middle portion of the elastic member lowers and presses the sunshade plate, thereby pressing and fixing the sunshade plate by fastening the bolt and adjusting the pressing degree of the sunshade plate according to the fastening degree of the bolt.
본 발명은 차양프레임의 상부에 고정 체결되는 중앙바; 상기 중앙바의 양측에 배치되면서 상기 차양프레임의 상부에 안착되는 한 쌍의 차양판을 지지하기 위해 상기 중앙바의 양측에서 측방으로 돌출되고 상기 각 차양판에서 서로 마주하는 단부의 상부면과 접하게 되는 한 쌍의 고정판; 및 상기 고정판에 장착되는 탄성부재를 갖고 상기 탄성부재를 통해 상기 차양판을 가압 고정하게 되는 홀딩모듈;로 이루어지되, 상기 각 고정판에는 내부에 빈 공간부와, 상기 공간부를 가로지르는 형태로 형성되되 상기 차양판의 상부면으로부터 이격되게 배치되는 중계플레이트가 구비되고, 상기 홀딩모듈은 상기 중계플레이트에 상하 관통되고 좌우로 배치되는 한 쌍의 끼움홀과, 상기 각 끼움홀에 양단이 삽입되어 상방으로 노출되고 중단이 상기 중계플레이트와 상기 차양판 사이에 형성된 사이공간부 측에 배치되는 U자형의 탄성부재와, 상기 탄성부재의 개구된 양단에 체결되어 조임이나 풀림 동작 시 상기 탄성부재의 중단에 대한 탄성력을 조절하게 되는 조절볼트로 이루어져, 상기 조절볼트를 조이게 되면 상기 탄성부재의 중단이 하강하면서 상기 차양판을 가압하게 되도록 구현함으로써, 볼트의 조임에 의해 차양판을 가압 고정할 수 있으면서 볼트의 조임 정도에 따라 차양판에 대한 가압 정도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 차양용 지붕체의 몰딩유닛에 관한 것이다.
