The present invention relates to a sewage manhole unidentified water introduction inspection device for inspecting a part, through which unidentified water entering a sewage manhole, comprising: a manhole cover for covering the inlet of a sewage manhole so as to block air and including a soapy water supply unit for spraying soapy water to the inside of the sewage manhole and an air removing unit for removing air of the sewage manhole; a soapy water supply device connected to the soapy water supply unit and supplying soapy water to the soapy water supply unit; and a negative pressure generating device connected to the air removing unit and converting the pressure of the sewage manhole into negative pressure through the air removing unit. The soapy water supply unit includes: a soapy water spray pipe extended to the inside of the sewage manhole and having a plurality of holes for spraying the soapy water; and a spray pipe rotation part connected to the soapy water spray pipe and rotating the soapy water spray pipe.
