The present invention relates to an inspection device for manhole facilities of water and sewage pipes with a manhole facility verification means, which integrally forms a handle with various controller switches on the upper end of a length adjustment bar formed in multiple levels to have an adjustable length, and can verify manhole facilities while adjusting X-Y-axis directions by a direction adjustment device on the lower end of the length adjustment bar. The present invention manually or automatically adjusts a direction adjustment device adjusting a manhole facility verification means catching manhole facilities in X-Y-axis directions to be selected in accordance with properties and purposes of use to be efficiently used, integrally forms a handle with various controller switches on the upper end of a length adjustment bar with an adjustable length to be easily adjusted and controlled, and reduces the weight of the manhole facility verification means and the length adjustment bar to be easily carried and handled. Also, the manhole facility verification means mounted on the lower end of the length adjustment bar has light-emitting means separated and installed on the upper side of manhole facility catching means catching manhole facilities to allow light generated by the light-emitting means to illuminate uniformly separated parts more than the front near the manhole facility catching means. Air is injected to remove foreign substances in manholes and facilities installed therein to allow the manhole facility catching means to clearly (vividly) catch manhole facilities.
본 발명은, 다단으로 형성되어 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 된 길이조절봉의 상단에는 각종 컨트롤러 스위치가 구비된 손잡이를 일체형으로 형성하고, 길이조절봉의 하단에는 방향조절장치에 의해 X-Y축 방향을 조절하면서 맨홀시설물를 확인할 수 있는 맨홀시설물확인수단을 구비한 상하수도관 맨홀 시설물 검사장치이다. 본 발명은, 맨홀시설물를 포착하는 맨홀시설물확인수단을 X-Y축 방향으로 조절하는 방향조절장치를 수동 또는 자동으로 조절하므로 사용목적과 특성에 따라 선택하여 효율적으로 사용할 수 있고, 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 된 길이조절봉의 상단에 각종 컨트롤러 스위치가 구비된 손잡이를 일체형으로 형성하여 줌으로서 용이하게 조절 및 컨트롤할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 길이조절봉과 맨홀시설물확인수단의 중량을 가볍게 하여 용이하게 휴대 및 다룰 수 있다. 또 본 발명은, 길이조절봉의 하단에 장착되는 맨홀시설물확인수단은 맨홀시설물를 포착하는 맨홀시설물포착수단의 상측에 발광수단을 이격 설치하여 발광수단에서 발생하는 빛이 맨홀시설물포착수단의 근접 전방보다 일정하게 이격된 부분을 비춰주도록 하고, 에어를 분사시켜 맨홀의 내부 및 그 내부에 설치된 시설물의 이물질을 제거하도록 함으로써, 맨홀시설물포착수단이 맨홀시설물를 명확(선명)하게 포착할 수 있다.
