The present invention relates to an airtight device for a lower part of a hinged door, which includes: a housing having a fastening portion fastened to a door and an accommodation space therein; a lower roll bar accommodated in the accommodation space, coming into contact with a bottom surface of the door and rotating when the door pivots due to opening and closing of the hinged door; and a first upper roll bar and a second upper roll bar accommodated in the accommodation space, coming into contact with right and left sides of an upper surface of the lower roll bar and rotating when the door pivots due to the opening/closing of the hinged door, wherein the housing includes an outer plate having the same plane as an outer surface of the door, and an inner plate inserted into the inside of the door and enclosing remaining sides other than the outer plate and a bottom side, a fixed contact pad is provided on each inner surface of the outer plate and the inner plate for forming the accommodation space, an outer diameter of the lower roll rod is larger than outer diameters of the first and second upper roll rods, a distance between the fixed contact pad and a central axis of the accommodation space with respect to the width direction of the accommodation space is larger than a radius of the lower roll rod and smaller than the outer diameter of the lower roll rod, the lower roll bar, and the first and second upper roll rods include a plurality of unit rolls, each unit roll includes an inner weight member and an outer rotating contact pad, a rotating plate formed with a bearing groove is attached to a connecting portion between the unit rolls to allow the unit roll to rotate independently, and the connecting portions between the unit roll for the lower roll bar offset from the connecting portions between the unit roll for the first and second upper roll rods.

본 발명은 여닫이문의 하부 기밀구조에 관한 것으로서, 문짝과의 체결을 위한 체결부와 내부의 수용공간을 각 구비한 하우징과, 상기 수용공간 내에 수용되어 여닫이문의 개폐에 따른 문짝의 회전시 바닥면에 접하여 함께 회전하는 하부롤봉과, 상기 수용공간 내에 수용되어 여닫이문의 개폐에 따른 문짝의 회전시 하부롤봉의 상부면에 좌우로 각 접하여 함께 회전하는 제1상부롤봉 및 제2상부롤봉을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 하우징은 문짝의 외면과 동일한 평면을 가지는 외판과, 문짝의 내부에 삽입되면서 상기 외판과 함께 하부를 제외한 나머지 면을 폐쇄시키는 내판으로 이루어지고, 상기 수용공간을 형성시키는 외판과 내판의 각 내면에는 고정밀착패드가 설치되며, 상기 하부롤봉의 외경은 제1,2상부롤봉의 외경보다 크고, 수용공간의 폭방향을 기준으로 고정밀착패드와 수용공간 중심축 사이의 거리는 하부롤봉의 반경보다는 크고 하부롤봉의 외경보다는 작게 구성되고, 상기 하부롤봉과 제1,2상부롤봉의 각각은 다수 개의 단위롤로 이루어지되, 각 단위롤은 내측의 중량체와 외측의 회동밀착패드로 이루어지고, 각 단위롤 사이의 연결부위에는 베어링홈이 구비된 회전판이 부착되어 단위롤들이 독립적으로 회전할 수 있으며, 하부롤봉과 제1,2상부롤봉의 각 단위롤 연결부위는 서로 어긋나게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
