Airtight block for hinged door and hinged door using the same
The present invention provides an airtight block for a hinged door which improves airtight and insulating performance. The hinged door includes: a sill frame having an opening part to be fixed on a wall; and a door frame rotatably coupled to the sill frame to open and close the opening part. The airtight block for the hinged door comprises: a first block having a first support unit formed on a lower side of the door frame and fixed on a first surface of a first corner unit having the first surface and a second surface adjacent to the first surface to support a door, and a pressing unit bent from the first support unit by a prescribed angle to be extended to be fixed on the second surface; a second block having a second support unit fixed on a first surface of a second corner unit of the sill frame facing the first corner unit while the opening part is closed, and a third support unit bent from the second support unit by a prescribed angle to be extended to come in contact with the second surface; and a third block which is mounted on the second block to bring at least a partial area thereof into contact with the second support unit and the third support unit, comes in contact with the pressing unit while the opening part is closed, and is provided to be deformed when pressed.
본 발명은, 개구부를 갖고 벽체에 고정되기 위한 문틀프레임; 및 문틀프레임에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 개구부를 개폐하도록 마련된 문짝프레임; 을 포함하는 여닫이 문에 있어서, 문짝프레임의 하부 측에 형성되며 제1면 및 제1면과 인접하는 제2면을 갖는 제1 모서리부의 제1면에 고정되어 문짝을 지지하는 제1 지지부 및 제1 지지부에서 소정각도 구부러져 연장 형성되어 제2면에 고정되는 가압부를 갖는 제1 블록; 개구부가 닫힘 상태에서, 제1 모서리부와 마주하는 문틀프레임의 제2 모서리부의 제1면에 고정되는 제2 지지부 및 제2 지지부에서 소정각도 구부러져 연장 형성되어 제2면에 접촉되는 제3 지지부를 갖는 제2 블록; 및 제2 블록에 안착되어 적어도 일부 영역이 제2 지지부 및 제3 지지부에 각각 접촉되고, 개구부가 닫힘 상태에서, 가압부에 접촉되며 가압 시 탄성 변형이 가능하도록 마련된 제3 블록; 을 포함하는, 여닫이 문 용 기밀 블록을 제공한다.
