The present invention relates to a method for installing a branching valve on a water supply pipe line and a contstruction method of an airtight unit. More specifically, the water supply pipe line is provided with a seating unit for reliably seating an airtight unit for tightening an interior of the water supply pipe line onto the interior of the water supply pipe line if it is desired to exchange a valve in the water supply pipe line where two pipes crossingly communicate with each other, with the airtight unit expanded in the water supply pipe line to tighten the pipe line, and with a driving unit for changing the location of the seating unit after the use thereof, so that at the time when the seating unit and the driving unit are used to easily exchange the valve, they are easily operated through a series of interactions therebetween. According to the present invention, the method for installing a branching valve on a water supply pipe line includes the steps of: connecting and inserting a seating unit (20) and a driving unit (70) into a second pipe line (11) of first and second pipe lines (10, 11); fixedly seating the seating unit (20) and the driving unit (70) onto the inner wall periphery of the first pipe line (10); expanding an airtight unit (60) disposed on the outer periphery of the seating unit (20) toward the inner wall periphery of the second pipe line (11); separating the driving unit (70) from the seating unit (20) and replacing a valve (30) with a new valve; returning the airtight unit (60) to an original position; releasing a contact of a locking pin (58) of the seating unit (20) from the first pipe line (10); and removing the seating unit (20) and the driving unit (70) from the second pipe line (11).
본 발명은 상수도관로 부단수 밸브교체 안착장치 및 기밀장치의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 2개의 관로가 교차되는 형태로 연통되어 있는 관로에서 밸브를 교체하고자 하는 경우, 밸브 교체를 위해 관로 내부를 수밀시키기 위한 장치가 관로 내부에 확실하게 안착고정되도록 안착장치를 구비하고, 이와 함께 관로 내부에서 팽창되어 관로를 수밀하는 기밀장치를 구비함과 동시에, 장치를 사용후 외부로 제저시 안착장치의 위치를 변경시키는 구동장치를 구비한 것으로, 상기와 같이 안착장치와 구동장치가 손쉽게 밸브를 교체시 사용시, 상호간 일련의 과정을 통해 용이하고 손쉽게 작동되는 방법을 제시한 상수도관로 부단수 밸브교체 안착장치 및 기밀장치의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
