PURE MONOCLINIC SINTERED ZIRCONIA MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING

The present invention relates to a sintered body of zirconia having a pure monoclinic crystal structure containing a very small amount of tin and a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a production method of a sintered body of zirconia which is produced by bulk pellets by sintering at the low temperature without the aid of a conventional stabilizer. According to the present invention, by adding a very small amount of tin, provided is the zirconia sintered body having a monoclinic crystal structure, which is a pure zirconia powder crystal structure, without using a stabilizer.

본 발명은 주석이 미량 함유된 순수한 단사정계 결정구조를 갖는 지르코니아의 소결체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 안정화제의 도움 없이 낮은 온도에서 소결을 수행하여 벌크 형태의 펠렛으로 제작된 지르코니아 소결체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 발명에 따르면, 미량의 주석을 첨가함으로써, 안정화제를 이용하지 않으면서 순수한 지르코니아 분말의 결정구조인 단사정계의 결정구조를 갖는 지르코니아 소결체를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
