The present invention relates to a toe board for a work foothold at a shipbuilding and offshore plant, which is installed at an outer side of a work foothold acting as a work space and a passage for performing an interior and exterior finishing work of a body of a ship at a site for constructing a large ship such as a shipyard to prevent various work tools or parts from dropping and a heel of a worker from being dislodged. The toe board for a work foothold at a shipbuilding and offshore plant comprises: a protection plate with its upper and lower ends each bent three times in a perpendicular direction to form a cross section in a stapler shape and with its upper and lower surfaces each forming a sliding groove of a lengthwise direction; a sliding plate with its upper and lower ends each bent two times corresponding to the shape of the sliding groove, and the bent upper and lower ends, respectively inserted to the sliding groove to slide in a lengthwise direction; and a fixture hingedly installed on a center of a front surface of the sliding plate to fix a scaffold pipe constituting the work foothold.
본 발명은 조선소와 같은 대형 선박 제조 현장에서 선체 내외장의 작업을 하기 위한 작업 공간 및 통로가 되는 작업발판의 외측에 설치되어 각종 작 업도구나 부품의 낙하 및 작업자의 발뒤꿈치 이탈 등을 방지할 수 있도록 구현한 조선·해양 플랜트 작업발판용 발끝막이판에 관한 것으로, 상단 및 하단이 각각 직각 방향으로 3 번 절곡되어 단면이 "" 형상으로 형성되고, 상단과 하단에 각각 좌우 길이 방향의 슬라이딩홈이 형성되는 보호판; 상단 및 하단이 상기 슬라이딩홈의 형태에 대응하여 각각 2 번 절곡되고, 절곡된 상단 및 하단이 상기 슬라이딩홈에 각각 삽입되어 좌우 방향으로 슬라이딩 이동되는 슬라이딩판; 및 상기 슬라이딩판의 전면 중앙에 힌지로써 결합 설치되어 작업발판을 구성하는 비계파이프를 고정하는 고정구를 포함한다.
