BRIDGE STAIRWAY FIXING UNIT AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BRIDGE STAIRWAY USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a bridge inspection facility and a bridge inspection facility construction method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to enable a bridge inspection facility (a stairway, an inspection passage) to be substantially installed even if an existing fixture (fixing a base with an anchor) is weak through additional reinforcement while maintaining the existing fixture, and also, to prevent the bridge inspection facility from falling due to poor work by enabling a worker to check the combination of an anchor bolt and easily inspect damage to the anchor bolt. According to the present invention, the apparatus for fixing a bridge inspection facility includes: a fixing reinforcement plate (10) fixed to a base (2) of a bridge inspection facility fixed to a bridge while being fixed to the bridge separately from the base; and a reinforcement side anchor bolt (30) installed on the bridge with a screw part protruding outwards and having the screw part fixed through nut combination after penetration through the fixing reinforcement plate. The fixing reinforcement plate is fixed through a base side anchor bolt (20) installed on the bridge to fix the base and the reinforcement side anchor bolt (30) installed on a position different from the base side anchor bolt to install the bridge inspection facility.
본 발명은 교량 점검 시설의 고정 장치 및 이를 이용한 교량 점검 시설 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 교량 점검 시설(계단, 점검로)을 기존 고정 방식(베이스를 앵커로 고정)을 유지하면서 추가적인 보강을 통해 기존 고정 방식이 약하더라도 점검 시설을 견고하게 설치하고, 또한, 앵커 볼트의 체결상태를 확인하고 작업자에 의한 앵커 볼트의 손상을 용이하게 점검하도록 함으로써 작업 불량으로 인한 교량 점검 시설의 추락을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 교량 점검 시설의 고정 장치는, 교량에 고정되는 교량 점검 시설의 베이스(2)와 고정되는 한편 상기 베이스와 별도로 교량에 고정되는 고정 보강판(10)과; 상기 교량에 나사부가 외부로 돌출되도록 설치되며 상기 나사부가 상기 고정 보강판을 관통한 후 너트의 체결을 통해 고정되는 보강측 앵커 볼트(30)를 포함하며, 상기 고정 보강판은 상기 베이스를 고정하도록 상기 교량에 설치되는 베이스측 앵커 볼트(20) 및 상기 베이스측 앵커 볼트와 다른 위치에 설치되는 상기 보강측 앵커 볼트(30)를 매개로 하여 고정되어 상기 교량 점검 시설을 설치한다.
