PRE INSTALLATION TYPE BRIDGE STAIRWAY FIXING UNIT AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BRIDGE STAIRWAY USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a pre-buried anchor fixing device and a method of bridge inspection facility construction and construction thereof. An objective of the present invention is to install (preinstall) an anchor fixing device for fixing a safety wire and a bridge inspection facility installed on a bridge with concrete construction of the bridge, and simply detach a portion blocking infiltration of concrete into a coupler, to which a bolt is fastened, and blocking an opening part of the coupler from the coupler immediately before installing the bolt to fasten the bolt. According to the present invention, the pre-buried anchor fixing device comprises: an inspection facility-side coupler (10) of a nut shape to which a bolt for fixing a bridge inspection facility is fastened; a reinforcing bar fixing part (20) using a reinforcing bar (2) arranged inside a form (1) for concrete deposition of a bridge as a support basis to fix the inspection facility-side coupler (10); and a cap (30) assembled on the front side of the inspection facility-side coupler to close an opening part of the inspection facility-side coupler to prevent concrete from infiltrating through the opening part and open a front opening part of the inspection facility-side coupler when fixing the inspection facility-side coupler by a bolt. The cap includes: a coupling unit (31) coupled to the circumference of the inspection facility-side coupler; and a detachable blocking unit (33) formed on the front side of the coupling unit to close the opening part of the inspection facility-side coupler, and detached from the coupling unit by an external force to open the opening part of the inspection facility-side coupler.
본 발명은 선매립 앵커 고정장치 및 이의 시공과 교량 점검시설 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 교량에 설치되는 교량 점검 시설과 안전와이어의 고정을 위한 앵커 고정장치를 교량의 콘크리트 시공과 함께 설치(선설치)하고 볼트가 체결되는 커플러 안에 콘크리트가 침투하는 것을 막고 커플러의 개방부를 막고 있던 부분을 볼트의 설치 직전에 상기 커플러에서 간단하게 탈락시켜 볼트를 체결하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 선매립 앵커 고정장치는, 교량 점검 시설의 고정을 위한 볼트가 체결되는 너트형의 점검시설측 커플러(10)와; 교량의 콘크리트 타설을 위한 거푸집(1)의 안쪽에 배근되는 철근(2)을 지지기반으로 하여 상기 점검시설측 커플러를 고정하는 철근 고정구(20)와; 상기 점검시설측 커플러의 앞쪽에 조립되어 상기 점검시설측 커플러 의 개방부를 통해 콘크리트가 침투하지 못하도록 폐쇄하는 한편 상기 교량 점검 시설을 볼트로 고정할 때 상기 점검시설측 커플러의 앞쪽 개방부를 개방하는 캡(30)을 포함하고, 상기 캡은 상기 점검시설측 커플러의 둘레부에 결합되는 관형의 결합부(31), 상기 결합부의 앞쪽에 형성되어 상기 점검시설측 커플러의 개방부를 폐쇄하며 외력에 의해 상기 결합부에서 탈락되어 상기 점검시설측 커플러의 개방부를 개방하는 탈락형 막음부(33)로 구성된다.
