The present invention provides a roof system having a fireproof structure. The roof system having the fireproof structure includes: a fireproof structure deck installed in the upper part of a roof strut beam having the fireproof structure and supporting a roof in the horizontal direction to the roof strut beam, wherein the fireproof structure deck is formed of a nonflammable painted steel plate to be bent in order for the upper part to be open; a fixing clamp assembled to the fireproof structure deck to be extended from the bottom of the fireproof structure deck to the upper part; a shape steel for a structure, which is assembled to the fixing clamp to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof structure deck by being supported by the fixing clamp; and a nonflammable insulation material filled in the fireproof structure deck and enclosing at least a part of the shape steel for a structure and the fixing clamp. The fireproof structure deck is installed to be divided or to be assembled by an engaging connection unit engaging and overlapping with each other as a middle part based on an area in which the fixing clamp is horizontally assembled is formed in an uneven structure, which is the shape of a protrusion and a groove, on a side. Therefore, the roof system having the fireproof structure is not supported by a collar beam which is not a fireproof structure, and the collar beam becomes a set by being hidden inside. The roof system having the fireproof structure is supported by main structural beams having the fireproof structure while the collar beam is totally omitted in the outside. Also, the roof system having the fireproof structure supports the roof of a building and, therefore, can prevent the roof from collapsing by minimizing heat deformation when a fire breaks out. Specifically, the roof system having the fireproof structure can suppress the deformation such as separation due to the mutual separation of an assembly structure or distortion even if the heat is applied to the roof when the fire breaks out. So, the roof system can fundamentally prevent a collapse accident.
본 발명에 따른 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 시스템은: 지붕을 지지하며 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 지지 보의 상부에서 지붕 지지 보에 대해 가로방향으로 설치되며, 상부가 개방되게 불연도장강판으로 절곡 형성된 내화구조 데크; 상기 내화구조 데크의 바닥으로부터 상부로 연장되게 상기 내화구조 데크에 조립된 고정용 클램프; 상기 고정용 클램프에 의해 지지 되어 상기 내화구조 데크의 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 상기 고정용 클램프에 조립된 구조용 형강; 및, 상기 내화구조 데크의 내부로 채워져 상기 고정용 클램프와 상기 구조용 형강의 적어도 일부가 감싸지도록 구비된 불연 단열재;를 포함하고, 상기 내화구조 데크는 상기 고정용 클램프가 좌우로 조립된 영역을 기준으로 중간 부분이 측면 상 암수 형태의 요철형 구조로 마련되어 서로 맞물리며 겹쳐지는 맞물림 결합부에 의해 분할 또는 조립 가능하게 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내화구조로 마련되지 않은 중도리에 의해 지지 되지 않고 중도리가 내부로 숨겨져 세트화되어 외부에서는 중도리가 아예 생략된 상태로 내화구조를 갖는 주요구조 보에 의해 지지 되며 건축물의 지붕을 지지하도록 함으로써, 화재 발생시에는 열변형이 최소화 되도록 하여 지붕의 무너져내림이 방지되도록 할 수 있으며, 특히 화재시에 열이 가해지더라도 뒤틀리거나 조립구조가 상호 벌어지게 되어 분리 이탈되는 등의 변형이 억제되도록 함으로써 붕괴 사고가 원천적으로 방지되도록 할 수 있는 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
