According to the present invention, a construction method of a roof deck system having a fireproof structure comprises: a step of assembling a fixing clamp extended upward on the bottom of a fireproof structure deck which is formed to be bent with a nonflammable plating steel plate to be opened on the upper part; a step of assembling a structural shape steel on the fixing clamp to be extended in the longitudinal direction of the fireproof structure deck by being supported by the fixing clamp; a step of filling a nonflammable insulation material inside the fireproof structure deck to cover at least a part of the fixing clamp and the structural shape steel; and a step of installing the fireproof structure deck filled with the nonflammable insulation material in a horizontal direction with respect to the roof support beam on the upper part of the roof support beam having a fireproof structure. Accordingly, the roof deck system is not supported by a perling which is not prepared in a fireproof structure, but the perling is hidden inside and is made into a set. Thus, the roof deck system is supported by a major structure beam having a fireproof structure while the perling is skipped completely at the outside. The roof of a building is supported likewise. Also, thermal deformation is minimized when a fire occurs. Also, breakdown of the roof can be prevented.
본 발명에 따른 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템의 시공방법은: 상부가 개방되게 불연도장강판으로 절곡 형성된 내화구조 데크의 바닥에 상부로 연장되는 고정용 클램프를 조립하는 단계; 상기 고정용 클램프에 의해 지지 되어 상기 내화구조 데크의 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 상기 고정용 클램프에 구조용 형강을 조립하는 단계; 상기 고정용 클램프와 상기 구조용 형강의 적어도 일부가 감싸지도록 상기 내화구조 데크의 내부에 불연 단열재를 채우는 단계; 및, 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 지지 보의 상부에 상기 불연 단열재로 채워진 내화구조 데크를 지붕 지지 보에 대해 가로방향으로 연장되게 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내화구조로 마련되지 않은 중도리에 의해 지지 되지 않고 중도리가 내부로 숨겨져 세트화되어 외부에서는 중도리가 아예 생략된 상태로 내화구조를 갖는 주요구조 보에 의해 지지 되며 건축물의 지붕을 지지하도록 함으로써, 화재 발생시에는 열변형이 최소화 되도록 하여 지붕의 무너져내림이 방지되도록 할 수 있는 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템의 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명에 따른 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템의 시공방법은: 상부가 개방되게 불연도장강판으로 절곡 형성된 내화구조 데크의 바닥에 상부로 연장되는 고정용 클램프를 조립하는 단계; 상기 고정용 클램프에 의해 지지 되어 상기 내화구조 데크의 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 상기 고정용 클램프에 구조용 형강을 조립하는 단계; 상기 고정용 클램프와 상기 구조용 형강의 적어도 일부가 감싸지도록 상기 내화구조 데크의 내부에 불연 단열재를 채우는 단계; 및, 내화구조를 갖는 지붕 지지 보의 상부에 상기 불연 단열재로 채워진 내화구조 데크를 지붕 지지 보에 대해 가로방향으로 연장되게 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 내화구조로 마련되지 않은 중도리에 의해 지지 되지 않고 중도리가 내부로 숨겨져 세트화되어 외부에서는 중도리가 아예 생략된 상태로 내화구조를 갖는 주요구조 보에 의해 지지 되며 건축물의 지붕을 지지하도록 함으로써, 화재 발생시에는 열변형이 최소화 되도록 하여 지붕의 무너져내림이 방지되도록 할 수 있는 내화구조를 갖는 루프 데크 시스템의 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.
