HEAT INSULATING MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a heat insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the heat insulating material is excellent in shock absorption, soundproofing, waterproofing, and flame retardant, excellent in space utilization, particularly with a significantly improved heat insulating effect. According to the present invention, the heat insulating material is formed by laminating a plurality of heat insulating units, and the heat insulating units comprise: a foam layer having a hollow portion, and provided with a plurality of pores; a first thin plate layer laminated on one side of the foam layer; a second thin plate layer laminated on the other side of the foam layer; and a third thin plate layer provided on an inner wall of the foam layer forming the hollow portion.
본 발명은 충격 흡수, 방음, 방수 및 난연성이 탁월하며, 공간 활용성이 우수하고, 특히 단열 효과가 획기적으로 향상된 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따른 단열재는, 다수의 단열부가 적층되어 구성되고, 상기 단열부는, 내부에 중공을 포함하고 다수의 기공을 구비한 발포층, 상기 발포층의 일 측에 적층된 제1박판층, 상기 발포층의 타 측에 적층된 제2박판층 및 상기 중공을 형성하는 상기 발포층의 내벽에 구비되는 제3박판층을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a heat insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the heat insulating material is excellent in shock absorption, soundproofing, waterproofing, and flame retardant, excellent in space utilization, particularly with a significantly improved heat insulating effect.
