The present invention includes: a pillar member installed to be upright on the ground; a connecting rod connecting the plurality of pillar members installed thereon while maintaining a certain interval; a buffer unit installed on the pillar member so as to be supported on the connecting rod and buffering impact applied to the pillar member by vehicle accidents; and a driving preventing unit applying external force to a wheel or the bottom of a vehicle to prevent the vehicle from driving when the driving of the vehicle is maintained after the vehicle accidents so that the pillar member overturns.
본 발명은, 지면에 직립되게 설치되는 기둥부재; 일정한 간격을 유지하며 설치되는 복수 개의 상기 기둥부재를 연결하는 연결대; 상기 연결대에 지지되도록 상기 기둥부재에 설치되고, 차량 사고에 의해 상기 기둥부재에 가해지는 충격을 완충시키는 완충부; 및 차량 사고 이후에 차량의 주행이 지속되어 상기 기둥부재가 전복되면 차량의 바퀴 또는 저면에 외력을 가하여 차량의 주행을 차단하는 주행차단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
