INSULATION PANNEL FOR ARCHITECTURE
The present invention relates to an insulation panel with improved insulation performance. The insulation panel comprises: a pair of outer panels (110) made of wood; a plurality of support members (130) inserted between the pair of outer panels (110); and a pair of insulation layers (120) arranged between the support members (130) and the pair of outer panels (110). The pair of insulation layers (120) include outer Styrofoam (121) arranged to come in contact with the outer panels (110) and inner Styrofoam (123) arranged to come in contact with the support members (130). Curved surfaces of a wave pattern with mountains and valleys repeated in a width direction are symmetrically formed on an area where the outer Styrofoam (121) and the inner Styrofoam (123) come in contact with each other. An air layer (125) is formed between the curved surfaces of the wave pattern.
본 발명은 단열판넬에 관한 것으로서, 목재로 형성되는 한 쌍의 외부판넬(110)과; 상기 한 쌍의 외부판넬(110) 사이에 삽입되는 복수개의 지지부재(130)와; 상기 지지부재(130)와 한 쌍의 외부판넬(110) 사이에 구비되는 한 쌍의 단열층(120)을 포함하되, 상기 한 쌍의 단열층(120)은 상기 외부판넬(110)과 접하게 배치되는 외부스티로폼(121)과 상기 지지부재(130)와 접하게 배치되는 내부스티로폼(123)을 포함하며, 상기 외부스티로폼(121)과 상기 내부스티로폼(123)이 맞닿는 영역은 폭 방향을 따라 산과 골이 반복되는 물결무늬 형태의 곡면이 서로 대칭되게 형성되고, 상기 물결무늬 형태의 곡면 사이에는 공기층(125)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
