Structure Pannel With Insulation Function
The present invention relates to a panel for an integrated insulation structure capable of integrating a structural panel formed with a high insulation core and ALC of low specific gravity, reinforcing insulation performance using structural reinforcing elements, and providing excellent strength performance. The panel according to the present invention comprises: a molded body formed with mixture powder containing 50 to 60% by weight of pulverized ordinary Portland cement (OPC), 25 to 35% by weight of pulverized silica, 10% by weight of quicklime and 5% by weight of anhydrite, 125 to 135 parts by weight of mixing water, 0.05 to 0.15 parts by weight of polydimethyl siloxane as an additive, 0.03 to 0.1 parts by weight of calcium chloride as an additive for controlling an average size of pores, and 0.3 to 0.5 parts by weight of foaming agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixture powder; a high insulation core of a plate shape with a predetermined size made of mineral hydrate formed by hydrothermal synthesis of the molded body using an autoclave; a panel body having inner and outer structural panels made of ALC and bonded onto both sides of the high insulation core by a noncombustible bonding material; and a structural reinforcing element perforating the high insulation core of the panel body in a thickness direction and fixed and combined to the structural panels.
본 발명은 단열기능 일체형 구조용 패널에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고단열 심재와 비중이 낮은 ALC로 형성되는 구조용 패널을 일체화하고 구조보강요소로 보강하여 단열성능을 보강하면서도 강도성능이 우수하게 발현되도록 하는 단열기능 일체형 구조용 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 분쇄된 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC; Ordinary Portland Cement) 50~60중량%, 분쇄된 규석 25~35중량%, 생석회 10중량%, 무수석고 5중량%로 구성된 혼합분말과, 혼합분말 100중량부를 기준으로, 혼합수 125~135중량부, 첨가제로 폴리디메틸 실록산 0.05~0.15 중량부, 첨가제로 평균 기공의 크기를 제어하기 위해서 염화칼슘 0.03~0.1 중량부 및 기포제 0.3~0.5중량부를 혼합하여 성형체를 형성하고, 상기 성형체를 오토클레이브를 이용하여 수열합성하여 형성되는 미네랄 하이드레이트로 이루어지는 일정 크기의 판재 형상의 고단열 심재와, ALC로 형성되어 고단열 심재의 양측면에 불연막접착소재로 접착되는 내측 및 외측 구조용 패널로 이루어지는 패널 본체와; 패널 본체의 고단열 심재를 두께방향으로 관통하여 양측의 구조용 패널에 정착하여 결합시키도록 형성되는 관통형 구조보강요소;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
