Integrated precast slab track system
The present invention relates to an integrated precast slab track system. More specifically, the present invention provides an integrated precast slab track system, constructed on a road surface for driving a train, which comprises: a basic concrete layer formed by installing a basic mold on an upper part of the road surface, pouring concrete and then curing the concrete; a slab panel arranged after forming a connection mold on an upper part of the basic concrete layer; a fixation concrete layer formed for allowing a reinforcement steel bar structure, formed to protrude from the slab panel, to be inserted thereinto by poring concrete into the connection mold through an inlet port formed on the slab panel and then curing the concrete; and rails installed on the slab panel, thereby connecting the slab panels in contact with each other without other separated connection means.
본 발명은 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 열차주행을 위해 노면에 시공되는 철도용 슬래브 궤도 시스템으로서, 노면의 상부에 기초거푸집을 설치하고, 콘크리트를 투입한 후 경화시켜 형성된 기초콘크리트층; 상기 기초콘크리트층의 상부에 연결거푸집을 형성한 후 배치되는 슬래브 패널; 상기 슬래브 패널에 형성된 투입구를 통해 상기 연결거푸집에 콘크리트를 투입한 후 경화시켜, 상기 슬래브 패널에서 돌출되게 형성되는 철근구조체가 인서트되게 형성되는 고정콘크리트층; 및 상기 슬래브 패널에 설치되는 레일로 구성되며, 상기 기초콘크리트층은 노면을 따라 형성되고, 상기 연결거푸집과 상기 슬래브 패널들은 상기 기초콘크리트층을 상부 따라 형성되되, 상기 슬래브 패널들은 각각이 단부가 서로 맞닿게 배치하게 되고, 상기 슬래브 패널에는 양단부에 연결홈부를 형성하여, 서로 맞닿게 배치되는 상기 슬래브 패널들의 연결홈부가 연통되도록 하며, 상기 슬래브 패널들의 투입구와 상기 연결홈부를 통해 콘크리트를 투입하여 상기 고정콘크리트층을 형성하는 과정에서, 콘크리트가 연통된 연결홈부에 채워져 경화되도록 함으로써, 맞닿은 슬래브 패널들이 별도의 연결수단 없이 연결되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명인 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템은 슬래브 패널을 프리케스트 방식에 의해 철근구조물과 함께 사전에 형성한 후 현장에서 바로 시공되도록 함으로써, 현장에서 슬래브 패널의 고정을 위한 별도의 철근구조물 설치작업이 불필요해 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있게 되고, 슬래브 패널과 기초콘크리트층 사이에 충진되는 모르타르 및 충격완충성분이 포함되는 모르타르를 콘크리트로 대체할 수 있어 비용이 대폭절감되며, 충전층 두께가 충분하여 내구성이 향상되고, 슬래브패널에 연결홈부를 형성하여 별도의 연결장치 없이 다른 슬래브패널과 콘크리트에 의해 상호 연결되면서 시공되므로 비용절감 및 시공기간이 단축되는 효과가 있다.
