Construction method of precast slab track system
The present invention provides a method for constructing a slab track system for a railroad, comprising: a construction preparing step of flattening and compacting a road surface; a basic concrete layer forming step of forming a basic mold on an upper surface of the road surface, pouring concrete and then curing the concrete to form a basic concrete layer; a connection mold forming step of forming a connection mold on an upper part of the basic concrete layer; a slab panel arrangement step of arranging a precast slab panel on an upper side of the basic concrete layer, and arranging a reinforcement steel bar structure, formed to protrude from a side part and a lower part of the slab panel, within the connection mold; a fixation concrete layer forming step of pouring concrete through an inlet port of the slab panel to fill the connection mold and then curing the concrete to form a fixation concrete layer such that the reinforcement steel bar structure is inserted thereinto to be fixated and the slab panel is fixated; and a rail installation step of installing rails on the slab rail fixated on an upper part of the fixation concrete layer. The present invention can shorten the construction period by making it unnecessary to install other reinforcement steel bar structures for fixation of the slab panel at the site.
본 발명은 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 철도용 슬래브 궤도 시스템의 시공방법으로서, 노면을 평단화하고 다지는 시공준비단계; 노면의 상면에 기초거푸집을 형성하고 콘크리트를 투입한 후 경화시켜 기초콘크리트층을 형성시키는 기초콘크리트층 형성단계; 상기 기초콘크리트층의 상부에 연결거푸집을 형성하는 연결거푸집 형성단계; 사전에 제작되어진 슬래브 패널을 상기 기초콘크리트층의 상측에 배치시킴과 아울러 상기 슬래브 패널의 측부와 하부에 돌출되게 형성되는 철근구조체를 상기 연결거푸집의 내부에 배치시키는 슬래브 패널 배치단계; 상기 슬래브 패널의 투입구를 통해 콘크리트를 투입하여 상기 연결거푸집에 충진시킨 후 경화시켜 상기 슬래브 패널에서 돌출되게 배치된 상기 철근구조체가 인서트되어 고정시킴과 아울러 상기 슬래브 패널을 고정시키도록 고정콘크리트층을 형성하는 고정콘크리트층 형성단계; 및 상기 고정콘크리트층의 상부에 고정되는 상기 슬래브 패널에 레일을 설치하는 레일설치단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 일체형 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 시스템의 시공방법은 시공되는 슬래브 패널을 프리케스트 방식에 의해 철근구조물과 함께 사전에 형성한 후 현장에서 바로 시공되도록 함으로써, 현장에서 슬래브 패널의 고정을 위한 별도의 철근구조물 설치작업이 불필요해 공사기간을 단축시킬 수 있게 되고, 슬래브 패널과 기초콘크리트층 사이에 충진되는 모르타르 및 충격완충성분이 포함되는 모르타르를 콘크리트로 대체할 수 있어, 비용 및 시공기간이 대폭 절감되고 충전층 두께가 충분하여 내구성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
