BUILDING MATERIALS CONTAINING COFFEE GROUNDS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention provides a building material containing coffee grounds and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the building material is eco-friendly, has excellent moisture control capability and aromaticity, prevents fungal growth and has excellent durability and flame retardancy. According to the present invention, the building material comprises: coffee grounds having 50% or less of an oil component and the unique natural color of coffee; 17.6-12.6 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of the coffee grounds; and 61.8-75.5 parts by weight of a copolyester blend resin (PET/PCTG) acquired by crystallizing PET/PCTG blend chips and then performing solid-phase polymerization, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the coffee grounds.
본 발명은, 커피박을 재활용하여 친환경적이면서 우수한 습기 조절 능력과 방향성을 가질 수 있고, 곰팡이가 발생하지 않고, 우수한 내구성 및 난연성을 가지는 커피박이 포함된 건축 자재 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.
