The present invention relates to a road guide lamp flickering by pulse per second (PPS) synchronization. More specifically, at least one road guide lamp installed on the road comprises: a body portion in which one or more light sources are formed; a reception unit which is embedded in the body portion and receiving a signal from a GPS satellite to output time data and a PPS signal; a control unit receiving time data outputted from the reception unit and a 1PPS signal to synchronize the flickering time of the light source, and having a clock pulse generator to control the flickering driving of the light source in accordance with the set clock pulse of the clock pulse generator based on the synchronized time; and a power supply unit supplying power to the reception unit and the control unit.
본 발명은 PPS 동기화에 의해 점멸되는 도로안내등에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 도로 상에 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 도로안내등에 있어서, 하나 이상의 광원이 형성되는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부에서 내재되며 GPS위성으로부터 신호를 수신하여 시간데이터와 1PPS(Pulse Per Second)신호를 출력하는 수신부; 상기 수신부에서 출력되는 시간데이터와 1PPS신호를 전달받아 상기 광원의 점멸 시간을 동기화하며, 클록 펄스 발진기(clock pulse generator)가 구비되어 동기화된 시간을 기준으로 상기 클록 펄스 발진기의 설정된 클록 펄스에 따라 상기 광원의 점멸 구동을 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 수신부 및 제어부에 전원을 공급하는 전원부;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
