Disclosed are a transparent flood wall apparatus and a construction method thereof which can prevent degradation in stability and durability of a waterproofing plate. According to the present invention, the transparent flood wall apparatus comprises: a plurality of pole units installed to be perpendicular to a foundation structure, and arranged to be separated from each other; a waterproofing plate of a transparent material arranged between adjacently arranged pole units, wherein both sides thereof are supported by the pole units; and a fixing unit including a first damping member being arranged to be tightly attached to the pole units, having an elastic force, and including an insertion groove formed on both sides thereof, into which a side of the waterproofing plate is inserted, and a pressing unit arranged to face the pole units while the first damping member is arranged between the first damping member and the same, and coupled to the pole units to press the first damping member to allow the waterproofing plate to be fixed on the pole units to fix the waterproofing plate on the pole units.
투명 홍수벽 장치 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 투명 홍수벽 장치는, 기초구조물에 수직되게 설치되되, 상호 이격되게 배치되는 복수의 지주유닛; 인접하게 배치된 지주유닛들 사이에 마련되되, 양측부가 지주유닛에 의해 지지되는 투명재질의 차수판; 및 지주유닛에 밀착되게 마련되고 양측면에 차수판의 측부가 삽입되는 삽입홈부가 각각 형성된 탄성력을 갖는 제1 완충부재와, 제1 완충부재를 사이에 두고 지주유닛에 대향되게 마련되고 지주유닛과 결합되어 차수판이 지주유닛에 고정되게 제1 완충부재를 가압하는 가압부를 구비하여, 차수판을 지주유닛에 고정하는 고정유닛을 포함한다.
