The present invention relates to a transparent barrier for flooding protection and a construction method thereof, capable of improving the beauty of a city with an exterior improvement in which coupling bolts and nuts can be prevented from being exposed to the outside, while manifesting an excellent waterproofing effect by preventing the occurrence of a gap between middle members. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the transparent barrier includes: a concrete foundation unit (10) having a cutting groove (11) of a predetermined depth formed on an upper surface in a longitudinal direction, while having post core grooves (11a) formed at regular intervals in a circular form to fix a post; posts (20) installed and fixed to the post core grooves (11), while having panel support grooves (22b) formed on both sides to support a transparent panel (30); the transparent panel (30) installed in a form inserted between the posts (20); a lower rail (40) of a predetermined length installed and fixed to the cutting groove (11) to support a lower part of the transparent panel (30); and an upper rail (50) forming a predetermined length to be inserted and installed in an upper part of the transparent panel (30).
본 발명은 침수 방어용 투명 방어벽 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 체결볼트 및 너트의 외부 노출이 방지될 수 있는 개선된 외관을 나타내어 도시 미관을 향상시키는 가운데 부재간 틈새 발생을 방지하여 뛰어난 방수 효과를 나타내게 된다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 상면에 길이 방향을 따라 일정 깊이의 커팅홈(11)이 형성됨과 함께, 일정 간격으로 지주의 고정을 위한 지주 코어홈(11a)이 원형의 형상으로 형성되는 콘크리트 기초부(10)와; 상기 지주 코어홈(11)에 고정 설치가 이루어지되, 양측에는 투명패널(30)의 지지를 위한 패널 지지홈(22b)이 형성된 지주(20)와; 상기 지주(20) 사이에 끼움 형태로 설치가 이루어지는 투명패널(30)과; 상기 투명패널(30)의 하부 지지를 위해 커팅홈(11)에 고정 설치가 이루어지는 일정 길이의 하부레일(40)과; 상기 투명패널(30)의 상부에 끼움 설치가 이루어지도록 일정 길이를 이루는 상부레일(50);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
