EXPANSION JOINT APPARATUS HAVING DUST INTRUSION PROTECTION UNIT
Disclosed is an expansion joint apparatus having a debris infiltration prevention unit. The expansion joint apparatus having a debris infiltration prevention unit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pair of finger plates disposed after being opposed to each other at an upper portion of a bridge, wherein a plurality of finger threads and finger grooves are repeatedly formed in a successive manner on each of the surfaces opposed to each other, the finger threads opposed to each other being aligned in an intersecting latch shape; and a debris infiltration prevention unit individually disposed at the finger grooves while being formed in a plate shape coming in contact with an inner wall of the finger grooves, arranged after being spaced from an upper plane of the finger plates towards a lower side, and elastically deformed to maintain the state of coming in contact with a lower plane of the finger threads while the finger threads are slidably moved in the finger grooves corresponding to the expansion and contraction of the bridge, thereby preventing debris from being infiltrated into a lower portion.
이물질 유입 방지유닛을 구비한 신축이음장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이물질 유입 방지유닛을 구비한 신축이음장치는 교량의 상부에 상호 대향되게 마련되되, 상호 대향되는 일면에 각각 핑거산과 핑거홈이 연속하여 복수 개 반복 형성되며, 상호 대향되는 핑거산은 상호 엇갈려 있는 빗장형태로 배열되는 한 쌍의 핑거 플레이트; 및 핑거홈에 각각 마련되되, 핑거홈의 내벽에 밀착되는 판형상으로 형성되고 핑거 플레이트의 상면에서 하방으로 이격되게 배치되며, 교량의 팽창 및 수축 시에 따라 핑거산이 핑거홈 내에서 슬라이딩 이동되는 동안 핑거산의 하면에 밀착된 상태를 유지하도록 탄성 변형되어 이물질이 하부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 이물질 유입 방지유닛을 포함한다.
