Antenna Module Waterproof and Embedded Structure for Smart Manhole Cover
The present invention relates to an antenna module waterproof and embedded structure for a smart manhole cover, which prevents an antenna module from being damaged by a vehicle or the like traveling on a manhole cover while avoiding a modem device, a sensor device, and an inner structure of the manhole cover from being damaged by water introduced into a gap between the antenna module, provided in the manhole cover of a smart manhole, and the manhole cover. The smart manhole cover includes: an outer manhole cover (10) seated on a manhole frame (30), having an antenna module (50) installed in the center of the outer surface thereof, and having a modem device (60) for relaying between the sensor device for monitoring and the antenna module (50) on the inner surface thereof; and an inner manhole cover (20) seated on the manhole frame (30) on a lower portion of the outer manhole cover (10) to prevent exposure of the modem device (60). The antenna module (50) includes: an antenna (51); a lower cover (52) having an antenna mounting portion (52a) which is provided on an upper surface thereof and on which the antenna (51) is mounted to prevent a lower portion of the antenna (51) from being exposed; and an upper cover (53) having an antenna accommodating portion (53a) which is formed in a lower side thereof and in which the antenna (51) is positioned to prevent an upper portion of the antenna (51) from being exposed, and coupled to the lower cover (52). An antenna mounting groove (15), on which the antenna module (50) is received and mounted, is formed in the center of the outer surface of the outer manhole cover (10), and the antenna module (50) is embedded in the antenna mounting groove (15).
본 발명은 스마트 맨홀의 맨홀 뚜껑에 구비된 안테나모듈과 맨홀뚜껑의 틈새로 물기가 유입되어 맨홀 뚜껑 내부의 모뎀장치와 센서장치 및 내부 구조물이 물기에 의한 피해를 입지 않도록 함과 아울러 맨홀 뚜껑의 상부를 주행하는 차량 등에 의해 안테나모듈이 손상되지 않도록 한 스마트 맨홀 뚜껑의 안테나모듈 방수 및 매립 구조에 관한 것으로, 맨홀틀(30)에 안착되고 외측면 중앙에 안테나모듈(50)이 설치되고 내측면에 모니터링을 위한 센서장치와 안테나모듈(50) 사이를 중계하기 위한 모뎀장치(60)가 설치된 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)과, 모뎀장치(60)의 노출을 방지하도록 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)의 하부에서 맨홀틀(30)에 안착되는 맨홀 속뚜껑(20)을 포함하는 스마트 맨홀 뚜껑에 있어서, 안테나모듈(50)은 안테나(51)와, 상부면에 안테나(51)가 안착되는 안테나 장착부(52a)가 구비되어 안테나(51)의 하부가 노출되지 않도록 하는 로워커버(52)와, 하측에 안테나(51)가 위치되는 안테나 수용부(53a)가 형성되어 안테나(51)의 상부가 노출되지 않도록 하며 로워커버(52)에 결합되는 어퍼커버(53)를 포함하고; 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)의 외측면 중앙에 안테나모듈(50)이 수용되어 장착되는 안테나 장착홈(15)이 형성되어, 안테나모듈(50)이 안테나 장착홈(15)에 매립 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an antenna module waterproof and embedded structure for a smart manhole cover, which prevents an antenna module from being damaged by a vehicle or the like traveling on a manhole cover while avoiding a modem device, a sensor device, and an inner structure of the manhole cover from being damaged by water introduced into a gap between the antenna module, provided in the manhole cover of a smart manhole, and the manhole cover. The smart manhole cover includes: an outer manhole cover (10) seated on a manhole frame (30), having an antenna module (50) installed in the center of the outer surface thereof, and having a modem device (60) for relaying between the sensor device for monitoring and the antenna module (50) on the inner surface thereof; and an inner manhole cover (20) seated on the manhole frame (30) on a lower portion of the outer manhole cover (10) to prevent exposure of the modem device (60). An antenna mounting groove (15), on which the antenna module (50) is received and mounted, is formed in the center of the outer surface of the outer manhole cover (10), and the antenna module (50) is embedded in the antenna mounting groove (15).
