Modem Mount Waterproof and Embed Form for Smart Manhole Cover
The present invention relates to a waterproof and embedded structure of a modem installation unit of a smart manhole cover, which prevents a modem device installed at a lower portion of a smart manhole cover from being damaged by moisture or humidity. To this end, the smart manhole cover comprises: a manhole outer cover (10) in which an antenna module (50) is installed at the center of an outer surface, and a modem device (60) is installed on an inner surface; and a manhole inner cover (20) which is mounted on a manhole frame (30) at a lower portion of the manhole outer cover (10) in order to prevent the modem device (60) from being exposed. Here, the modem device comprises: a modem box (62) of a square box shape in which a modem (61) is accommodated; a cover plate (64) which seals an opening unit of a modem box (62) such that the modem (61) and the modem box (62) may not be dislocated from an accommodating groove (11), and is coupled to the manhole outer cover (10) at an edge of the accommodating groove (11); and a gasket (63) which is arranged between the modem box (62) and the cover plate (64) in order to seal the gap between the two elements. Therefore, in a state in which the modem box (62) of the modem device (60) is inserted into the accommodating groove (11) of a predetermined size formed at a lower portion of the manhole outer cover (10), the gasket (63) and the cover plate (64) are coupled to the manhole outer cover (10) to seal the modem box (62).
본 발명은 스마트 맨홀 뚜껑의 하부에 설치되는 모뎀장치가 물기나 습기에 의해 손상되지 않도록 한 스마트 맨홀 뚜껑의 모뎀 설치부 방수 및 매립 구조에 관한 것으로, 외측면 중앙에 안테나모듈(50)이 설치되고 내측면에 모뎀장치(60)가 설치되는 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)과, 모뎀장치(60)의 노출을 방지하도록 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)의 하부에서 맨홀 틀(30)에 안착되는 맨홀 속뚜껑(20)을 포함하는 스마트 맨홀 뚜껑에 있어서, 모뎀장치는, 모뎀(61)이 수용되는 사각 상자 형태의 모뎀 박스(62)와; 모뎀(61)과 모뎀 박스(62)가 수용홈(11)으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 모뎀 박스(62)의 개구부를 밀폐하며, 수용홈(11)의 가장자리에서 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)에 결합되는 커버판(64)과; 모뎀 박스(62)와 커버판(64) 사이에 배치되어 둘 사이의 틈새를 밀폐시키는 개스킷(63)을 포함하고, 모뎀장치(60)의 모뎀 박스(62)가 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)의 하부에 형성된 일정 크기의 수용홈(11)에 삽입된 상태에서 개스킷(63)과 커버판(64)이 맨홀 겉뚜껑(10)에 결합되어 모뎀 박스(62)를 밀폐하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a waterproof and embedded structure of a modem installation unit of a smart manhole cover, which prevents a modem device installed at a lower portion of a smart manhole cover from being damaged by moisture or humidity. Therefore, in a state in which the modem box (62) of the modem device (60) is inserted into the accommodating groove (11) of a predetermined size formed at a lower portion of the manhole outer cover (10), the gasket (63) and the cover plate (64) are coupled to the manhole outer cover (10) to seal the modem box (62).
