Hit and falling prevention system of gangform
Disclosed is a hit and fall prevention system for a gang form, capable of preventing a gang form from falling or hitting an adjacent gang form or building due to vibration or strong wind when every fixing bolt fixing the gang form to a wall is disassembled or a gang form lifting process is conducted. According to the present invention, the hit and fall prevention system includes: a gang form support structure fixed to the lower part of a form part of a gang form to be placed near both an anchor hole connected with an anchor bolt buried in a wall and an anchor hole under the first anchor hole; and a separation prevention unit combined with the anchor bolt in the anchor hole near the gang form support structure through the gang form support structure, and regularly separated from the gang form support structure but supporting the gang form support structure to prevent the falling of the gang form when the gang form is separated from the wall.
본 발명은 갱폼을 벽체에 고정시키는 고정볼트를 모두 해체하거나, 갱폼 인양 공정이 이루어지는 동안에 진동 또는 강풍에 의해 갱폼이 건물이나 인근 갱폼을 타격하거나 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 갱폼의 타격 및 낙하 방지 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 갱폼의 타격 및 낙하 방지 시스템은 벽체 내부에 매립된 앵커볼트와 통하는 앵커홀과 상기 앵커홀의 아래층 앵커홀에 함께 인접되도록 갱폼의 폼부 하부에 고정된 갱폼지지구조체와; 상기 갱폼지지구조체를 통해 갱폼지지구조체가 인접된 앵커홀 내부의 앵커볼트에 체결되며, 상시에는 갱폼지지구조체와 이격되되, 벽체로부터 갱폼의 분리 시 갱폼지지구조체가 지지되어 갱폼의 낙하를 차단시키는 분리방지구가; 구성될 수 있다.
