System for the recycling of food waste and separation of oil
The present invention relates to a system capable of recycling food waste and separating oil, which solidifies food waste before recovering the same as a raw material for recycling, and is configured to separate oil and debris contained in the oil from moisture generated during a solidification process. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a transport device communicating with a drainage hole to cut and crush food waste introduced through the drainage hole; a solid and liquid separation and reduction device into which the food waste cut and crushed is introduced from the transport device, and which separates moisture from solids in the food waste before discharging the same; a solid discharge unit in which the solids separated and discharged by the solid and liquid separation and reduction device are accommodated, and which dries and ferments the accommodated solids; a filtering chamber into which the moisture separated and discharged by the solid and liquid separation and reduction device is introduced through a treated water line, and which separates oil from the introduced moisture while removing and discharging debris contained in the oil; a water drainage chamber into which water which has been treated in the filtering chamber is introduced through a discharge line, and which discharges the introduced treated water to sewage; and an oil chamber which receives and stores the oil from which the debris has been removed by the filtering chamber.
본 발명은 음식물류 폐기물을 고형화하여 자원화 원료로 회수할 수 있도록 하며 고형화 과정에서 발생하는 수분으로부터 유분과 유분에 포함된 이물질을 분리할 수 있도록 구성된 음식물류 폐기물의 자원화와 유분 분리가 가능한 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 배수구와 연통하여 배수구를 통해 유입되는 음식물류 폐기물을 절단 및 파쇄하는 이송장치; 상기 이송장치로부터 절단 및 파쇄된 음식물류 폐기물이 유입되고, 음식물류 폐기물에서 고형물과 수분을 분리하여 배출시키는 고액분리감량장치; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 분리 배출되는 고형물이 수용되며 수용된 고형물을 건조 및 발효시키는 고형물배출부; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 분리 배출되는 수분이 처리수라인을 통해 유입되며 유입된 수분에서 유분을 분리하면서 유분에 포함된 이물질을 제거하여 배출하는 여과챔버; 상기 여과챔버로부터 처리된 처리수가 배출라인을 통해 유입되며 유입된 처리수를 하수로 방류하는 배수챔버; 및 상기 여과챔버로부터 이물질이 제거된 유분을 전달받아 저장하는 유분챔버;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
