The present invention relates to a food waste recycling system configured to be able to collect recycled raw materials by solidifying food wastes. Specifically, the food waste recycling system comprises: a conveying device communicating with a drain hole to cut and crush food wastes flowing through the drain hole; a solid-liquid separation and weight reduction device receiving the cut and crushed food wastes from the conveying device, and separating solids and water from the food wastes and discharging the same; a solid discharge unit receiving the solids separated and discharged from the solid-liquid separation and weight reduction device, and drying and fermenting the received solids; a filtering chamber into which the water separated and discharged from the solid-liquid separation and weight reduction device is introduced through a treatment water line, and which filters, treats, and discharges the introduced water; and a drain chamber into which treatment water filtered from the filtering chamber is introduced through a discharge line, and which discharges the introduced water as sewage. The filtering chamber includes: a chamber housing having a chamber formed on an upper end thereof, and a partition having a plurality of through holes and mounted to be able to rotate by linkage; and a plurality of spiral tubes each having an elastic linear member stacked in a linear shape, and each having a hollow formed therein, wherein the hollow is connected to a lower surface of the chamber housing and the through holes of the partition to communicate with each other.
본 발명은 음식물류 폐기물을 고형화하여 자원화 원료로 회수할 수 있도록 구성되는 음식물류 폐기물 자원화 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 배수구와 연통하여 배수구를 통해 유입되는 음식물류 폐기물을 절단 및 파쇄하는 이송장치; 상기 이송장치로부터 절단 및 파쇄된 음식물류 폐기물이 유입되고, 음식물류 폐기물에서 고형물과 수분을 분리하여 배출시키는 고액분리감량장치; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 분리 배출되는 고형물이 수용되며 수용된 고형물을 건조 및 발효시키는 고형물배출부; 상기 고액분리감량장치로부터 분리 배출되는 수분이 처리수라인을 통해 유입되며 유입된 수분을 여과 처리하여 배출하는 여과챔버; 및 상기 여과챔버로부터 여과처리된 처리수가 배출라인을 통해 유입되며 유입된 처리수를 하수로 방류하는 배수챔버;를 포함하되, 상기 여과챔버는, 상단부에 챔버가 형성되며 복수의 통공이 형성되고 회전연동이 가능하도록 장착되는 격벽을 포함하는 챔버하우징 및 탄성을 갖는 선부재가 나선형으로 적층되고 내부에 중공이 형성되는 형상으로 상기 챔버하우징 하면과 상기 격벽에 있어 각각 통공에 상기 중공이 연통하게 연결되는 복수의 나선관을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
The present invention relates to a food waste recycling system configured to be able to collect recycled raw materials by solidifying food wastes.
