The present invention relates to a transparent soundproof panel using an ultrasonic reflection tape, and a transparent soundproof facility using the same and a construction method therefor. The transparent soundproof panel includes: a transparent panel; a frame; a guide pillar; a first axis inserted into both ends of the guide pillar to be guided when moving up and down by the guide pillar; a plurality of collision prevention parts comprising a core inserted into the first axis, and ultrasonic reflection tape wound on the outer edge surface of the core and attached to the transparent panel to prevent a collision with birds; a plurality of gap control sleeves controlling a gap between the collision prevention parts; a second axis inserted into both ends of the guide pillar to be guided when moving up and down by the guide pillar; a compression bar inserted into the second axis and moved forward and backwards from the second axis, and pressing the ultrasonic reflection tape towards the transparent panel; and a cutting part installed in the upper part of the compression bar, and cutting the ultrasonic reflection tape. Therefore, the transparent soundproof panel is capable of protecting birds by preventing a collision with birds through the ultrasonic reflection tape of the collision prevention parts.
본 발명은 자외선반사테이프를 이용한 투명방음판 및 이를 이용한 투명방음시설 및 투명방음시설의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 자외선반사테이프를 이용한 투명방음판은 투명판; 프레임; 가이드기둥; 상기 가이드기둥이 양단부에 삽입되어 상기 가이드기둥에 의해 상하로 이동되도록 가이드되는 제1축; 상기 제1축에 끼워지는 심지와, 상기 심지의 외주면에 감긴 형태로 마련되고 상기 투명판에 부착되어 조류의 충돌을 방지하는 자외선반사테이프로 이루어지는 복수개의 충돌방지부; 상기 복수개의 충돌방지부 사이의 간격을 조절하는 복수개의 간격조절슬리브; 상기 가이드기둥이 양단부에 삽입되어 상기 가이드기둥에 의해 상하로 이동되도록 가이드되는 제2축; 상기 제2축이 내부에 끼워지며 상기 제2축을 기준으로 전후로 이동되고 상기 자외선반사테이프를 상기 투명판측으로 압착시키는 압착바; 및 상기 압착바의 상부에 설치되며, 상기 자외선반사테이프를 커팅하는 커팅부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 충돌방지부의 자외선반사테이프를 통해 조류충돌을 방지하여 조류를 보호할 수 있다.
