The present invention relates to a bird-safe transparent soundproof plate and a transparent soundproof facility using the same. The bird-safe transparent soundproof plate, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame provided in a square frame shape; a transparent plate installed on an inner side of the frame; and a shock preventing part installed on the inner side of the frame while spaced apart from the transparent plate, provided to prevent collision of birds, and made of plastics manufactured by recycling waste plastics. The shock preventing part comprises: a plastic frame including a plurality of shock preventing rods, an upper end rod extending from upper end portions of the plurality of shock preventing rods and having a hollow formed therein, a lower end rod extending from lower end portions of the plurality of shock preventing rods and having a hollow formed therein; a connection part including a first connection rod inserted into the hollow formed in the upper end rod of the plastic frame and including threads formed on both end portions thereof, and a second connection rod inserted into the hollow formed in the lower end rod of the plastic frame and including threads formed on both end portions thereof; and a fixing part installed in the frame to fix the connection part to the frame. Accordingly, through the shock preventing part installed on a front surface of the transparent soundproof plate, the bird-safe transparent soundproof plate can protect birds by preventing collision of the birds, has a simple structure, thereby being easily manufactured and installed, and can be implemented by replacing a frame only in the existing transparent soundproof plate, thereby being economical.
본 발명은 버드세이프 투명방음판 및 이를 이용한 투명방음시설에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 버드세이프 투명방음판은 사각틀 형상으로 마련되는 프레임; 프레임의 내측에 설치되는 투명판; 및 투명판으로부터 이격되어 프레임의 내측에 설치되고 조류의 충돌을 방지하며 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 플라스틱 재질로 이루어지는 충돌방지부;를 포함하고, 충돌방지부는, 복수개의 충돌방지봉과, 복수개의 충돌방지봉의 상단부에 연장형성되며 중공이 형성된 상단봉과, 복수개의 충돌방지봉의 하단부에 연장형성되며 중공이 형성된 하단봉으로 이루어지는 플라스틱 틀; 플라스틱 틀의 상단봉에 형성된 중공에 삽입되며 양단부에 나사산이 형성된 제1연결봉과, 플라스틱 틀의 하단봉에 형성된 중공에 삽입되며 양단부에 나사산이 형성된 제2연결봉으로 구성되는 연결부; 프레임의 내부에 설치되고 연결부를 프레임에 고정시키는 고정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 투명방음판의 전면에 설치된 충돌방지부를 통해 조류충돌을 방지하여 조류를 보호할 수 있고, 구성이 간소하여 제작과 설치가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 기존의 투명방음판에서 프레임만 교체하여 적용가능하므로, 경제적이다.

The present invention relates to a bird-safe transparent soundproof plate and a transparent soundproof facility using the same. The bird-safe transparent soundproof plate, according to the present invention, comprises: a frame provided in a square frame shape; a transparent plate installed on an inner side of the frame; and a shock preventing part installed on the inner side of the frame while spaced apart from the transparent plate, provided to prevent collision of birds, and made of plastics manufactured by recycling waste plastics. The shock preventing part comprises: a plastic frame including a plurality of shock preventing rods, an upper end rod extending from upper end portions of the plurality of shock preventing rods and having a hollow formed therein, a lower end rod extending from lower end portions of the plurality of shock preventing rods and having a hollow formed therein; a connection part including a first connection rod inserted into the hollow formed in the upper end rod of the plastic frame and including threads formed on both end portions thereof, and a second connection rod inserted into the hollow formed in the lower end rod of the plastic frame and including threads formed on both end portions thereof; and a fixing part installed in the frame to fix the connection part to the frame. Accordingly, through the shock preventing part installed on a front surface of the transparent soundproof plate, the bird-safe transparent soundproof plate can protect birds by preventing collision of the birds, has a simple structure, thereby being easily manufactured and installed, and can be implemented by replacing a frame only in the existing transparent soundproof plate, thereby being economical.
