An interlayer noise management system for an apartment house using repetitive noise
The present invention relates to an inter-floor noise management system for an apartment house based on repetitive noise which extracts sound features by measuring the noise generated upstairs, detects noise patterns repeatedly generated by comparing sound characteristics of the noise, and selects a management target according to user definition among the noise patterns. The inter-floor noise management system comprises: a noise data generation unit receiving a noise signal from a wall pad to generate noise data including the characteristic data of the noise signal; a noise pattern classification unit classifying the noise data into noise patterns according to characteristics; a management pattern registration unit adopting and registering a noise pattern (hereinafter referred to as a repeating pattern) having a predetermined number or more of noise data as a noise pattern to be managed (hereinafter referred to as a management pattern) according to a user′s selection; an alarm policy registration unit registering alarm policies for noise patterns registered as management patterns; and an alarm output unit outputting alarms according to the alarm policy granted to the corresponding management pattern if the noise data corresponds to the management patterns. The system extracts repetitive noises to set the same as management targets such that most living noises generated by repetitive living can be accurately extracted and the noise source can be more specifically explained to the residents living upstairs.
본 발명은 위층에서 발생되는 소음을 측정하여 소리 특징을 추출하고, 소음의 소리 특징을 비교하여 반복적으로 발생되는 소음 패턴을 검출하고, 소음 패턴 중 사용자 정의에 따라 관리 대상으로 선정하는, 반복적 소음 기반 공동주택의 층간 소음 관리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 월패드로부터 소음 신호를 수신하여, 상기 소음 신호의 특징 데이터를 포함하는 소음 데이터를 생성하는, 소음데이터 생성부; 상기 소음 데이터를 특징에 따라 소음 패턴으로 분류하는 소음패턴 분류부; 소정의 개수 이상의 소음 데이터를 가진 소음 패턴(이하 반복 패턴)에 대하여 사용자의 선택에 따라 관리대상의 소음 패턴(이하 관리 패턴)으로 채택하여 등록하는 관리패턴 등록부; 관리 패턴으로 등록된 소음 패턴에 대하여 알람 정책을 등록하는 알람정책 등록부; 및, 상기 소음 데이터가 관리 패턴에 해당되면, 해당 관리 패턴에 부여된 알람 정책에 따라 알람을 출력하는 알람출력부를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다. 상기와 같은 시스템에 의하면, 반복적인 소음을 추출하여 관리 대상을 정함으로써, 반복적인 생활에 의해 발생되는 대부분의 생활 소음을 정확하게 추출할 수 있고, 위층 거주자에게 소음원에 대하여 보다 구체적으로 설명할 수 있다.
