Combination structure of steel waterproof panel
The present invention relates to a combination structure of a steel waterproof panel. The combination structure connects panel joint parts (20) between adjacent panels having the panel joint part (20) for horizontally bending a predetermined width outward along the lower periphery from a main body (10) formed in a rectangular box shape in which the inside is empty and bottom is open. A panel on one side of the adjacent panels has a processing panel (200) in which a bent upper surface (31) and a bent lower surface (32) to bend a panel joint part (30) at different heights are formed alternately at a predetermined length. The panel joint part (20) of an original panel (100), which is not processed, is fitted and inserted between the bent upper surface (31) and the bent lower surface (32) of the processing panel (200) to be fixed. The panels can be connected stably without using any fixing means or tools.
본 발명은 스틸 방수 패널의 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 내부가 비고 하향 개방되는 사각의 박스형상으로 형성되는 본체(10)로부터 하단부 주연부를 따라 외측으로 일정 폭이 수평 절곡되도록 하여 패널 이음부(20)를 형성하는 상호 인접하는 패널들간을 상기 패널 이음부(20)간 연결하는 결합구조에 있어서, 상호 인접하는 패널들 중 일측의 패널은 사방의 패널 이음부(30)가 서로 다른 높이에서 절곡되도록 하는 절곡 상부면(31)과 절곡 하부면(32)이 일정 길이마다 교호로 형성되도록 하여 가공 패널(200)을 형성하고, 상기 가공 패널(200)의 절곡 상부면(31)과 절곡 하부(32)면의 사이로는 가공되지 않은 원판 패널(100)의 패널 이음부(20)가 맞춤 삽입되도록 하여 결합 고정되도록 하는 구성이 특징이다.
