An open joint earthquake-proof panel assembly having an over-drain drainage structure according to the present invention comprises: a vertical support that is installed vertically but spaced apart from an outer wall of a building and has a plurality of vertical drainage paths in the front thereof formed by vertical partition rails extending vertically, and a fastening extension thereof vertically protruding from a rear center portion thereof; a horizontal support that is coupled to the front of the vertical support and has a plurality of horizontal drainage paths in the front thereof, which is formed to meet the vertical drainage paths by horizontal partition rails extending horizontally; closing panels coupled to the front of the vertical support and the horizontal support to be spaced apart; and a sliding clip provided between a front central portion of the vertical support and the closure panels and between the front central portion of the horizontal support and the closing panels. The sliding clip allows displacement of the closing panels when vibration in every direction is transmitted.
본 발명에 따른 오버드레인 배수구조를 갖는 오픈조인트 내진 패널조립체는: 건물 외벽에 대해 수직으로 이격되게 설치되고, 전방에는 수직으로 돌출 연장된 수직 구획 레일에 의해 복수의 수직 배수로가 형성되며, 후방 중심부에는 체결 연장부가 수직으로 돌출 구비된 수직 지지대; 상기 수직 지지대에 대해 가로방향으로 상기 수직 지지대의 전방에 결합되고, 전방에는 수평으로 돌출 연장된 수평 구획 레일에 의해 복수의 수평 배수로가 상기 수직 배수로와 만나도록 형성된 수평 지지대; 상기 수직 지지대와 상기 수평 지지대를 기준으로 서로 이격되게 상기 수직 지지대와 상기 수평 지지대의 전방에 결합되는 마감 패널; 및, 상기 수직 지지대의 전방 중심부와 상기 마감 패널의 사이, 상기 수평 지지대의 전방 중심부와 상기 마감패널의 사이에 구비되어 상하좌우 전후 방향의 진동이 전달되면 상기 마감 패널의 변위가 허용되도록 하는 슬라이딩 클립;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 건축물의 외벽으로부터 마감 패널이 하지와 같은 지지 부재를 대신한 배수구조를 갖는 부재에 의해 오픈 조인트 방식으로 이격 설치되어 별도의 실리콘 코킹 작업이 생략되도록 함으로써, 시공 후 실리콘 코킹 부위에서의 오염이 발생 되는 것을 차단하여 잦은 청소나 재시공될 필요없이 최소한의 유지보수만으로도 건축물의 외관이 항상 깨끗한 상태가 유지되도록 할 수 있고, 빗물 등의 물이 외부로부터 침투하게 되더라도 이를 자유낙하 방식에 의해 외부로 용이하게 배출하도록 함으로써, 누수의 문제가 발생 되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 오버드레인 배수구조를 갖는 오픈조인트 내진 패널조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
