The present invention relates to an exterior panel assembly having an open type joint structure that minimizes the occurrence of pollution on a silicone coking portion after wall finishing panels are built so that an outer appearance of a building can be always maintained in a clean state, without any frequent cleaning or re-construction. According to the present invention, the exterior panel assembly having an open type joint structure includes: a pair of interval frames disposed symmetrically to each other on cross sections thereof, having engaging portions extended from the end portions thereof on the cross sections thereof in such a manner as to have a maximum interval from each other, and coupled to a front side of an intermediate member disposed vertically to the front side of an external wall of a building; a pair of finishing frames having locking portions formed on the rear sides thereof in such a manner as to engage with the engaging portions of the pair of interval frames, detachably coupled to the pair of interval frames, and symmetrically disposed spaced apart from each other by means of the pair of interval frames; and finishing panels coupled to each of the front sides of the pair of finishing frames.
본 발명에 따른 오픈형 조인트 구조를 갖는 외장패널조립체는: 횡단면상 상호 대칭되게 한 쌍으로 구비되고, 횡단면상 각각의 단부에는 상대편으로부터 최대 이격된 간격을 갖도록 물림부가 연장 형성되며, 건물 외벽의 전방에 수직으로 설치된 종간부재의 전방에 결합되는 간격 프레임; 상기 간격 프레임의 물림부에 각각 맞물리는 걸림부가 후방에 형성되어 상기 간격 프레임에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 간격 프레임에 의해 상호 이격되게 배치되고, 상호 대칭되게 한 쌍으로 구비된 마감 프레임; 및, 상기 마감 프레임 각각의 전방에 결합되는 마감 패널;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 벽체마감패널들의 시공 후 실리콘 코킹 부위에서 오염이 발생 되는 것을 최소화하여 잦은 청소나 재시공될 필요없이 최소한의 유지보수만으로도 건축물의 외관이 항상 깨끗한 상태가 유지되도록 할 수 있는 오픈형 조인트 구조를 갖는 외장패널조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
