WATER PERMEABLE BLOCK USING STEEL-MAKING SLAG BALL
The present invention relates to a water-permeable sintered block using steel-making slag balls, wherein a water-permeable block is prepared in a manner that steel-making slag balls, prepared by falling steel-making slag generated during a steel-making process and scattering the falling steel-making slag with the wind pressure, are mixed with red clay, a mixture of the slag balls and the red clay is molded into a block molded article having a block shape, and a water-permeable block is prepared by drying and sintering the prepared molded article, thereby having excellent tensile strength and durability as well as water permeability. To this end, according to the present invention, the water-permeable sintered block using steel-making slag balls is manufactured by the steps of: preparing steel-making balls from steel-making slag by an air quenching method; mixing the prepared steel-making slag balls with red clay having moisture to prepare a block mixture; inputting the prepared block mixture into a molding frame and compressing the molding frame to prepare a block molded article; drying the prepared block molded article; and sintering the dried block molded article in a sintering apparatus.
본 발명은 제강 공정에서 발생되는 제강 슬래그를 낙하시키고 낙하되는 제강 슬래그를 풍압으로 비산시켜 제조되는 제강 슬래그 볼과 황토를 혼합하여 블록 형태로 블록 성형물을 제조하고, 제조된 성형물을 건조한 후 소결시켜 제조되는 투수 블록으로서, 투수성뿐만 아니라 인장강도 및 내구성이 우수한 제강 슬래그 볼을 활용한 투수성 소결 블록에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 제강 슬래그 볼을 활용한 투수성 소결 블록은 제강 슬래그로부터 풍쇄(Air Quenching) 방식으로 제강 슬래그 볼을 제조하고, 제조된 제강 슬래그 볼과 수분을 함유한 황토를 혼합하여 블록 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 제조된 블록 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하고 압착하여 블록 성형물을 제조하고, 제조된 블록 성형물을 건조한 후, 건조된 블록 성형물을 소결장치에서 소결하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.
