Method for manufacturing anchor bolt carrying out and an anchor bolt

The present invention relates to a construction method for an anchor bolt and an anchor bolt and, more specifically, to a bolt separation type anchor bolt capable of simply performing the work of placing concrete by fixing a bolt by an adhesive after the concrete is placed while the bolt connected to the upper part of a metal support rod embedded in the concrete is separated. According to the present invention, the anchor bolt (10) fixes a steel frame structure (4) by being embedded in a concrete foundation (1). The anchor bolt (10) comprises: the metal support rod (11) embedded in the concrete foundation (1) and having a bent hanging unit (11b) in the lower part; and the bolt (12) and a closure (13), inserted into a connection hole (11a) vertically bored in the upper part of the metal support rod (11). The closure (13) is connected to the connection hole (11a) when the concrete is poured. After the concrete is poured, the bolt (12) is inserted into the connection hole (11a) separated from the closure (13). Also, the bolt (12) inserted into the connection hole (11a) is fixed by the adhesive (20).

본 발명은 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)의 시공방법 및 앵커볼트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트에 매설되는 금속지지봉의 상부에 결합되는 볼트를 분리한 상태에서 콘크리트를 타설(打設)한 후 볼트를 접착제로 고정시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 콘크리트의 타설 작업이 매우 간편하게 이루어질 수 있도록 구성한 볼트 분리형 앵커볼트에 관한 것이다. 전술한 본 발명은, 콘크리트 기초(1)에 매설되어 철골 구조물(4)을 고정시키는 앵커볼트(10)를 구성함에 있어서, 콘크리트 기초(1)에 매설되며, 그 하부에는 절곡된 걸림부(11b)가 형성된 금속 지지봉(11)과; 상기 금속 지지봉(11)의 상부에서 수직으로 뚫려진 결합공(11a)에 삽입되는 볼트(12) 및 마개(13)로 구성되고, 콘크리트를 타설할 때에는 금속 지지봉(11)의 결합공(11a)에 마개(13)가 결합되고, 콘크리트의 타설 후에는 마개(13)가 분리된 결합공(11a)에 볼트(12)가 삽입되어 접착제(20)로 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 앵커볼트에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.
